Rustic Elegance

We hired Rustic Elegance to help plan our backyard wedding, which turned out great! We worked with Kellie, and she was so nice and helpful throughout the whole process, ensuring that we were on track with everything and reassuring us that we were doing what we needed with planning. We had some planning calls with Kellie throughout the process, and she was available whenever we had quick questions. Rustic Elegance has a helpful planning website that includes vendor recommendations, timeline planning documents, tips, and more. We didn't know how big of a tent we'd need, how to set up everything, or what we'd need to discuss with vendors, but Kellie helped with everything. While there were different vendor recommendations, we did the searching and booking of vendors ourselves. There was a lot to think through for planning, but we think the biggest benefit by far was the day of coordination and getting everything set up and running smoothly on our wedding day, and Kellie helping with the tent setup beforehand. While we were busy getting ready, taking pictures, etc., Rustic Elegance helped ensure everything was perfect. It was a huge weight off our shoulders to not be thinking about every little detail during the wedding day and it was so nice to just be able to enjoy the day and spend time with friends and family. We would definitely recommend Rustic Elegance if you want help planning your backyard wedding.

If I could give RE more than 5 stars, I would! Kellie and the Rustic Elegance team are absolutely FANTASTIC and hands down one of our favorite vendors that we worked with for our wedding. We hired RE to be our 'Day Of' coordinators to help with wedding logistics, and they went far above and beyond expectation. RE ensured that our entire wedding day was a huge success, from the early AM to late into the evening. Hands down BEST wedding planner and coordinator in Minnesota, would recommend to any and all brides and grooms. Thank you RE!!!

We hired Rustic Elegance as our day-of-coordinator and they were the absolute best! Kellie and her team were beyond helpful and were on top of everything on our big day. They perfectly executed our dream wedding plans, and were so accommodating and helpful to us (the couple), the whole wedding party, and all of our guests. The team was able to work with our other vendors so that the day went so incredibly smooth. Kellie also assisted us in the planning phase of our wedding - She was a great resource and helped us get super organized so that our day was everything that we wanted. I highly recommend Rustic Elegance for any or all of your wedding planning needs. As a bride, having RE made my day stress-free and gave me so much peace of mind knowing that they were there for us!

We had the honor of photographing a wedding where Rustic Elegance was the coordinator and wow it was such a smooth day. The team was friendly, fun, and very helpful. They worked very hard throughout the day and I've never seen a team refill a dessert table with little bundt cakes faster than these folks. We loved working with them and we hope to have the honor of working with Rustic Elegance again!

Kellie’s team, Marissa & Amy did an amazing job coordinating our wedding day!! Every time I had a question they knew the answer. They were SO helpful with every detail of the day. Marissa made sure I enjoyed my day without worrying about the schedule, decor set up, cake set up & handing out vendor payments. Amy did an awesome job staying with us during photos! She made sure my dress was laying nicely. Both consistently checked to see if we needed anything through out the whole night! Loved that they were able to help us pack up & load our cars at the end of the night. Overall, couldn’t imagine our wedding day with out the help of Kellie’s team!

We discovered Rustic Elegance through our venue, Hidden Meadow and Barn. At first, we were only thinking of renting decor items, but that quickly turned into adding Day-Of Coordination since their staff is so wonderful and also was familiar with our wedding venue already. It was honestly the best decision we made. I always rolled my eyes at the online reviews saying you HAD to get a DOC or a videographer, but I would not change our decision to use RE if you paid me! Kellie and Kayla were a dream to work with - both extremely organized and detail oriented. Their check in's with us leading up to our big day and ability to help us stay organized day of without feeling overwhelmed or stressed was 100% worth it. Their online portal system made organizing all the moving pieces of our vendors, budget, decor, setup, and day-of timeline seamless. This team is very on top of it and will take your special day up a notch! Thank you so much for helping us out with all our wedding planning!

Kellie was worth her weight in gold! From planning to big day she was an expert in communicating and such a joy to work with as our Day of Coordinator! She helped us make a super detailed plan in the months leading up to our wedding so that we could just enjoy the day with no worries! Her and assistant Mandy were rockstars setting up and directing us to make the day go so smoothly. We can't rave enough about our experience! 10/10 would recommend in a heartbeat!

I cannot say enough about Kellie and her team! If I could give them more than 5 stars I would. We hired them for our wedding this past weekend and everything went SO well because of Kellie! She was so incredibly easy to work with and SO friendly to not only me but our guests as well! We had the best day and because of Kellie, I was able to take it all in, relax and enjoy it all! From start to finish, they were amazing! I will definitely be recommending them to any of my newly engaged friends!!

Kellie and Rachel made our whole day possible. She answered our seemingly endless amount of questions during the planning process while also soothing any nerves. On our wedding day, Kellie was instrumental in keeping everything going smoothly. She communicated with all vendors and kept us updated on anything that came up during the day. We had some crazy weather, and she came up with a plan that kept the day on track while also keeping what we wanted for our day in mind. Due to the rain we were able to flip around our order of events to do dinner, dances, and toasts before having a sunset ceremony outside. I truly believe that Kellie and Rachel were the best people to be with us during this stressful situation. They made the experience fun, positive, and helped us create a whole new vision for our day. We would have been lost without both of them, and we will forever be grateful for all of their hard work. Our wedding wouldn't have been as perfect as it was without both of them!

We were able to video chat with Kellie multiple times before the wedding to go over details. The master details guide she provided was a lifesaver. It guided us through the entire wedding day down to the smallest detail. Kellie provides other resources you may need (vendor recommendations, tipping guide, and so much more) as well as insight based on her extensive experience.What I appreciated most was Kellie and Mandy’s hard work. They were constantly busy but always had smiles on their faces on the wedding day. I had so many guests ask about RE’s services because they recognized how great they are at what they do!
