I can't believe how often the store is closed. I seen it many times whether it's first thing in the morning or at lunchtime. Closed. And no warning either. It is extremely annoying. Maybe at least have a sign out so you can see it from the parking lot. Or better yet, open up at normal times

This particular location, Valley View Dr Bancroft, every orange pekoe tea tastes of coffee. I am not a coffee drinking, despise the taste actually. My husband was in hospital for a week and I'd order mobile pick up at drive-thru to be able to return quickly to his bedside.Each time disappointed. So bad I actually couldn't drink my tea today.It seems more and more Tim Hortons quality has declined in multiple locations throughout Ontario.Very disappointed.Everyone knows how important that first morning tea or coffee is and let's just say my day hasn't started off to well today, my tea tastes like coffee! I believe I mentioned I despise the taste of coffee.

I went to this Tim Hortons location today because the other location in Bancroft had a long line up in drive thru. I regret coming to this location, both our bagels were made incorrectly and I had rotten lettuce on my bagel. Very unhygienic and can make someone sick. I will not be coming to this location anymore. Very poor food handling. I also want to add, this is the worse parking lot design I have ever seen. It's so tight and hard to move around other cars. Also the drivethru is too close to parking spots. Cars get stuck in parking spots and can't move around the long drive thru line.This location should be given the reward for parking lot from hell.

Tim Hortons in Bancroft is a great spot for a quick breakfast or lunch. The staff is incredibly friendly and professional, always willing to go the extra mile to ensure customers are happy. The location is also convenient, as there is no other Tim Hortons for almost 100 km in either direction. Overall, it's a great stop for travelers passing through Bancroft, a small town located in the Canadian province of Ontario, known for its history of mining and its United Empire Loyalist and Irish immigrant settlers.

Clean and recently renovated. One of the quicker Tim Hortons I've visited. Even if the lineup is long it's always quicker than others around.

This timmies is one of our rest stops on our way to Ottawa and back home. Always curtious and clean. It is a stop for alot of people. So if I was to give anyone information about this place is be prepared to see the same sized line up wether you are going pee or getting a coffee.

We have a trailer on 62 so this is a regular spot for us, + our grandkids are in Pembroke, us in Oshawa so 1/2 way. Whoever was on window last night, Tuesday 23 May. Needs an award. So damn cheerful and accommodating, personable. Not at all what I expect from Tims as of late.This one is still hands above the other in town.

Why is your dining room always closed? Always. Your location is along a major highway hub and travellers rely on stopping, stretching their legs and, often, a much needed bathroom break. Having your doors locked during operating hours and preventing access to a basic human amenity is unacceptable.
