Amazing experience! I went into the store wanting to get a custom-made necklace for my boyfriend. Nilesh helped me from start to finish. He listened to me and understood exactly what I wanted, he updated me with photos throughout the week. I put the order for the necklace on Friday and it was made on Monday! I went to other jewelers in Vancouver, everyone was quoting me a ridiculous amount and said that it would take 1-2 weeks to complete, and only offered to make a custom piece in 18k gold. Hi-Class Jewellers not only made my custom piece in less than three days, they were able to make it in 22k gold!!If you are thinking of buying gold or designing a custom piece, I would recommend Hi-Class Jewellers and ask for Nilesh - he is extremely professional and knowledgeable in what he does. 10/10 service!!!

I've bought several pieces from Hi-Class and my family has been going to Hi-Class for many years. I recently had a custom piece made. It was a duplicate of a heart pendant which is very special to me. I wanted it made in gold. In the picture, the original is on the right and the beautiful work they did on the left. They worked very closely with me throughout the entire process to ensure it was exactly as I wanted. They were very thorough in their communication and checked in with me throughout each process before jumping ahead without my approval. It turned out perfect and I couldn't have asked for anything more. The staff there has always been fair, courteous and greeted me and my family with a smile. I’ve bought a couple pieces from here now and each time the service is great. Both Sudha and Seema are very professional, respectful and courteous. Regardless of how young or old you are they provide you with the same level of respect. Never pushy and always accommodating.
