Bought the 31 pieces family pack smoked salmon sushi combo from Costco. It really stands out in quality for budget sushi bento type of convenient food. I can tell that because the sushi rise even after being refrigerated, is still soft and tasty if you leave it in the room temperature for a short while. This doesn't happen to those pricey sushi boxes from gas stations or big box supermarkets. Rice becomes hard and plastic like.

We just bought a family pack California roll combo at Costco in Windsor, Ontario. It's quite delicious but disappointed that only one tiny packet of wasabi was in the box. If this is really for a family I would expect more wasabi and ginger and soy sauce. That isn't even enough seasonings for two people! Even though it is quite tasty, I'm concerned that aspartame wasused for sweetening as well as sorbitol and glucose fructose.
