Dover Gardens Nursery School

Dover Gardens is an incredible nursery school. Nikki and Leanna, the two teachers, are loving and kind. Our daughter thrived there! Would recommend it to anyone.

Dover Gardens is a special place. Our preschooler has had a fantastic experience in the past year – Nikki and Leanna are incredibly warm, positive, and capable teachers – but there's also an amazing culture of community and mutual connection at the school, which has clearly been nurtured and developed over many years. We hope to help sustain that culture into the future. I can't imagine a better preschool environment for our kids.

Dover Gardens is an amazing preschool program! Nikki and Leanna are incredibly warm and nurturing. I can literally feel how much they care about their work and the children. They are just the most lovely human beings that you could ask for to look after your kids. My son really enjoys his time at the school, doing something different and exciting every day.The classroom is extremely spacious and bright with lots of windows. There is also a little playground area just outside the school's entrance which provides a wonderful opportunity for daily outdoor play (weather permitting).I highly recommend Dover Gardens to any families looking into an enriching program for their children aged 18 months up to 5 years.

All three of my children have attended Dover Gardens and have thrived in the cozy, welcoming environment fostered there. The unique co-op structure allows parents to have a role and feel connected to the community. The teachers are warm and meaningfully engaged with the children. Love the mix of play-based play, hands-on opportunities and daily outdoor time.

I have had 3 children attend Dover Gardens and they have absolutely loved it. Maria and Marisa are wonderful teachers. Christina comes in weekly for the music program, they have a healthy snack and have lots of fun. I highly recommend this nursery school. I love the co-op model and have met some wonderful families through Dover Gardens.

Dover Gardens is a fantastic nursery school. Our toddler loves the program and it’s evident how much his development has accelerated in just seven months! Nikki and Leanna are so passionate about the school and the children. It’s very comforting to drop our son off to such warm and caring people.The program is very well structured with daily activities centred around literacy, creativity, cognitive/fine motor skills, sensory and gross motor skills. There is lots of baking too!I highly recommend Dover Gardens for families interested in being part of a great community.

I watched my son improve in so many ways just from going to this Nursery School. Everything from playing with others to putting on clothes to becoming fully potty trained happened while he was there. The reading program was an amazing bonus, my 3 year old has already learned all the letters and can count to past 10. We feel so much better about him going to kindergarten next year! Krystal and Marisa are the most genuinely caring and compassionate instructors I have seen. They have a great sense of how to look after and nurture toddlers and preschoolers.

All three of my children went to Dover Gardens. It is such a wonderful preschool program. Nikki and Leanna are fantastic. They are warm, friendly, fun, supportive, very good communicators and they do a great job of helping the children grow and learn. They always have a wide variety of activities planned for the kids. It is also a great space for building community. We love Dover Gardens so much!!! I highly recommend you send your children here!

Dover Gardens is great - our son has really benefitted from the program.They have science, play based activities, cooking/baking and reading time. The ages range from toddler to preschool.The teachers are wonderful and nurturing; they are always smiling at pickup and drop off and make the kids feel really comfortable and happy - recommend!
