The UPS doors have been locked from the outside for weeks, you call there with no answer, I've been calling other stores contacted management, I can not get my mail, no one can tell me why they are closed. Why is no one able to help?

This UPS Store location took the hassle out of parcel shipping. Greg was able to quickly process my international shipments and completed all documents required on my behalf. He also checked my prepaid shipment's documents, and made the additional required copies of the commercial invoice that I had forgetten to triplicate. Great service and my new go-to" for shipping."

Was missing an expedited package for 3+ weeks and couldn't locate it. Ups driver did not give us notification so was unaware they tried to deliver it and then took it to this UPS store. For some reason it couldn't be tracked until today, 3+ weeks later. When I picked it up from the UPS store it was clear my phone number was on package. After such a long time it should have been a flag that we were not notified or we would have picked it up. We were concerned that the expedited package was lost for this long. It would have been good customer service to call and let us know they held a package for us especially for this long. Also it would be advisable that before returning any packaged a call should be made to the customer that it was there for pick up. Sad there is a lack of communication of how and when to contact a client about delivery or the holding of an expedited package. All I got was I guess we could have called!!!!!!!

They changed the store hours without updating the website or the delivery email that UPS sends out. I wasted 30 minutes driving to and from the store because they couldn't find the time to update the website.

I was a bit upset that I was not able to pick up my package today on Saturday. The store hours were not updated on the website and I was looking forward to picking it up today as it was something important.Until they update their website on store hours, my review will stay the same. I hope that they will take this into consideration to not waste people's time.

My experience with UPS has been terrible. Delivery drivers didn't even attempt delivery on my last 2 packages (I was home all day and even watched one guy rummage through his truck and then drive off), store hours and UPS emails don't correlate, and when I picked my package today, I found my package was torn open and nothing inside but the shipping receipt.
