I found this place after digging forever online for a place that had the magnetic polish, after reading the reviews I went in for a walk in, they promptly booked an appointment due to how busy they were.45 minutes later I came back, had no problem with the wait (make an appointment next time for sure). I got Vanessa, who did a beautiful job, about 1.5 hours, she really took her time to get the shape and finish right. $75 for the length and magnetic polish, more than reasonable.Next time I will likely ask for them to be thicker, but I am so impressed. Great customer service without being over bearing.I will absolutely be returning.

Very beautiful, clean and comfy atmosphere. Tammy is my regular tech and she is awesome. I saw other Techs too when she was away they all are amazing ❤️ Highly recommended.

I always have an excellent experience at Keswick Nails! Karen is so kind, professional, efficient and talented. My nails are always what I want. The rest of the staff are also kind and professional and the salon is always clean and neat.

I returned to Keswick Nail Studio for another manicure and pedicure.Alex/ Nail Technician gave me a fantastic pedicure, and Tammy/ Nail Technician performed the same for my mother.My mother was quite pleased with how gently Tammy massaged her feet, and she felt very rested afterwards. Alex then finished my mother's manicure.Tammy has always been my go-to technician, and today I got nude nail color with red French tips. That looked beautiful and lovely. Everyone at work admired the appearance of my nails. Thank you for your service, Tammy. My mum appreciates Alex's assistance.I will be back soon.I booked an appointment with Tammy Nail technician and she did an amazing job at Keswick Nail Studio. Karen did an amazing job. I love my ombre almond shape nails! I asked for them thin and she delivered. She was so fast but the quality wasn't compromised. I also come here for pedicures with my boyfriend and I love their luxury spa options. There's a variety of scents and it's a great date and treat for us both.

Came here after being recommended by another friend. Lan was great, accommodating, friendly, and did a fantastic job.The previous place I used to go to has started to rush and do lower quality jobs so I’ve been looking for a new place for a while. I was very pleased with the work done here. I will definitely be coming back!

I rarely write negative reviews, in fact, I've never written one before. However, this particular experience has me genuinely shook lol! Firstly, upon arrival, the customer service was almost nonexistent. They didn't even ask if I had an appointment, which I did. I understand if they were running behind schedule, but I had specifically booked an appointment because I knew Fridays could be busy. Yet, I ended up waiting for 15-20 minutes. I want to emphasize that I usually don't make a fuss in these situations, and I could have just had a walk-in if I knew I would wait that long. Not to mention The whole point of scheduling an appointment is because we have other commitments and plans to deal with and attend to throughout the day.Furthermore, I paid $35 today for a shellac removal, and the clean-up was minimal. I only expected my nails to not be left dry and rough afterwards. When I inquired about the price, they claimed that minimal clean-up counted as a $25 manicure. I tried to argue my case since I had previously paid only $20 for a removal at this salon. I understand that $15 might not seem like a significant difference, but when there are inconsistencies in pricing, it's hard not to question it. I used to visit this nail salon regularly due to its proximity to my area. I’ve had average experiences here, some good some that was okay, but today was genuinely disappointing. I really don’t want this review to reflect negatively on the nail techs whatsoever as they are friendly, especially Karen she is my favourite! But I was just genuinely in shock having to pay $35 for a removal? When in other salons they charge like $10.

Keswick Nails accommodated our 3 generation pedicure so excellently! Our daughter’s service dog was graciously accepted. We left with beautiful feet & toes and my granddaughter’s beautiful manicure made her very happy! Wonderful staff. Many thanks to you all!!
