I find it hilarious too that only people giving one star were ex-employees that were let-go for causing the problems that they companied about here. The new team here is constantly seeking opportunities for improvement. Prices are good, place is spacious, staff are friendly and positive, and business hours is conveiently 7 to 7.

Dishonest and they're very picky of the types of metals that you have. They don't accept insulated wire unless you cut all the ends off of them first. Confusing procedure for unloading. They weigh by kgs instead of pounds. And pay about $30 less per MT compared to other scrap yard. Would not recommend going there. Oh and ended up with a flat tire while driving through their yard... very disappointed

Great customer service and good prices were paid. Still operates under extreme cold weather. Although I waited 30 mins for their equipment to warm up. Can’t complain for that. Good job！

Confusing at first once you arrive you need photo I.D and plate # too. Then your getting sent across the street to another building just to be weighted then back to the office to get paid in cash. Other than that it was quick n great service for my first time.
