B&B were consummate professionals throughout our decision making process to list our home and then the final decision to sell, which was about a 3 month period. Once we decided to list with them Brad came to finalize the market evaluation and assist us in a listing price. We listed setting a new bar" for homes in our market and the efficient team was called in. We signed the listing on a Friday and on Monday the video crew came in to take very real and professional photos and video of our home. The brochures were printed and the listing was posted online on Tuesday morning. By Tuesday afternoon we had 2 showings already booked! We were thrilled. True to his word
