Visited this autoshop Sept 30 for tire rotation and exhaust inspection. The shop is clean and can hold 4 cars in the bay. They also have 4 mechanics when I was there making the service really quick. Benny is easy to deal with and price is reasonable.

Come here to replace the Bentley Bentayga brake pads. Jiffy pays extra attention to details and I would say he handles it more carefully than Bentley dealership. The total charge was fair and the shop is very honest.

Price is reasonable because of their low customer base and incompetency. What I have seen them as greedy and unhelpful. Now it is couple of times I had this bad experience with them. I went to this garage to replace a dying battery in my car and had to face another problem created by the garage mechanics- rendering my car immovable. I had to take a day off from the work unnecessarily. Again the next day they created another problem and shrug off their responsibility. They are more concerned about the money rather helping the customer and don't take responsibility for their misdiagnoses and mess ups.I felt very much stranded in this place- certainly, I would not go to this place again.Exposing themselves to be under rated.

I was a long time customer, as they were recommended by my father-in-law. I often went for oil changes and minor car fixes, which they were often able to complete without issue. They were okay for the most part but I had a bad experience with them.I recently went to have my car fixed as it had constant whirring noises while driving, and I ultimately wanted to have it ready for a long vacation drive with my family. Benny, the owner and lead mechanic, correctly identified the mistake as the wheel bearing and did some fixes alongside other issues. The very next day, however much to my shock, I had a signal on my car, with the ABS system compromised. Concerned that this new problem would impact my drive, we went back to have it checked just before we set out on our vacation.Benny only cleared it with the computer thing and reassured me everything is fine. Thirty minutes into the drive however, the whirring issue returned and was even louder than before. Me and my family spent the next hour on the drive, just praying that the car will not break down. As we are now far from home, we instead had the gps straight to a different mechanic.This other mechanic looked at the issue and concluded that it was caused by Benny's team not properly installing the wheel bearing, adding that this is also the root cause behind the ABS signal. I had to pay the other mechanic for the same issue , asking them for a receipt and the faulty installed part.After I confronted Benny, his first reaction was asking me that why I didn't come back to him (how). He also is insisting that the faulty part was not the one he replaced. He does not want to refund the bad job he has done.I have no words. I don't feel there is integrity to be had here. I don't think they are credible. Again, this mishap had us concerned for our lives on the road, as well as severely impact our family vacation. I counted on Benny and he let me down.

Worst experience with Benny, I went for changing the spark plugs they didn't installed it properly in my car. My car was smelling like a gas from inside, I called them and asked them can I come and if you can please check it, I went back to them and ask them to check if they did it properly they refused to even check it and started screaming and trying to get rid of me. I went to another mechanic he inspected it and told me the sparkplug were loose and was not properly tightend and I have to pay him again for the job.These people are goons. No customer service.

Since Jan. 2011 I have been a loyal customer of Cdn Prosperous Auto.Benny is totally honest and never try to overcharge or exaggerate the problems. Their service is fast too. I have referred numerous friends and they are all happy. While waiting, I have talked to other customers who also have dealt with him for many years and felt the same way.Mano is especially fast and accurate for wheel-balancing. For other jobs I trust Victor as well as Mano. Thank you, CPA. Keep up the good work!
