Visited here today and was assisted by a wonderful individual named Josh! Very knowledgeable with products and was very easy to follow along with, very patient with me asking a bunch of questions about things I don't know. He gave me see recommendations that I am very excited to try! I will be coming back more often for his choices. Great customer service!

Sales clerk was not helpful at all and just pointed across the room to the product I was asking about. The place was empty and it was a chore for him to walk across the floor to actually show me what he was pointing to. He then walked away. Told him I was looking for a bit more service than this (i.e, answer some questions) and will go somewhere else. His response was a ambivalent cool". Will never go back."

Had an unpleasant experience recently. I walked in where they checked my I.D and had me wait in the lobby/shopping area. Shortly after, another customer had walked through the door and the person checking the I.D's proceeds to help them with their order first. Although I diddn't wait that long, I felt like an invisible presence and felt like I got spit on. How are you going to help a brand new customer that just walked through the door even though I've been waiting in the lobby, even after I told them what I came in for. I've been coming here for well over a year now and I can't say I had a bad experience everytime (hence the 3 stars), however this situation really offset me. I'll be taking my business to Canada Buds down the road now.

Highly recommend this place. Lots of parking. No line up to get in. Friendly and welcoming staff. Lots of selection with good reccomendations from staff. Very clean store and well presented products. Easy check out.

Great shopping experience. They have very knowledgeable and friendly staff that don’t make you feel silly if you don’t know a ton about cannabis. Love that they have a wide variety of products and even offer pickup if you want to order online first.

First time coming here and was a great experience. Ordered online for curbside pickup and was able to get lots of updates about my order. Once I arrived, I called the store and they delivered it to my car. Product was good with no issues. No wait time and parking lot was empty with safe social distancing. Highly recommend and will be returning.
