Just had to get new prescription glasses and I had such a great experience! Sue was so awesome at helping me to pick out frames. We tried on a bunch of different pairs in some styles that I knew I liked and she adjusted and made suggestions as we went based on my preferences.She managed to help me find a fantastic pair of glasses for my everyday, and a pair of sunglasses too. They're so cute that I'm sure I'm going to get great wear out of them, and it makes me so excited about how I can style them in with my wardrobe!Thank you so much to the Lenscrafters team for a great optometry appointment and the new glasses!

I had such a pleasant experience with staff. Morgan was wonderful, kind and patient as I wandered the store trying on countless frames, guiding me on what looked good and not so good. Where Morgan had questions, Suhua came and assisted and was amazingly helpful and friendly providing suggestions for the order and pulling my previous Lenscrafter account. Both women were just wonderful and made the experience enjoyable. Can't wait for my new glasses!

Great staff. All super friendly and helpful. I went in wanting a certain shape and the person helping me was able to pick out frames that were very similar. They recommend a pair that were a little different and I ended up loving them and going with those frames.

I'm a long-time customer but don't live close to a LensCrafters anymore. I was recently in Kingston for a visit and stopped in to LensCrafters to get new glasses and sunglasses. I received excellent service during both visits and could not be more pleased with my purchases. Great experience as always.

Incredible customer service! Was very impressed with Jason’s friendliness and knowledge about Ray-Ban products. Not to mention their selection and prices were unbeatable.

Going here is the best experience I’ve ever had at any optometrist or lens crafters. I came in with broken glasses and left within 2 hours with a full eye exam and two new pairs of glasses. Both the opticians and the receptionists were absolute amazing! So kind and helpful! Definitely recommend!
