I would like to thank Kyle from Homecraft for his excellent advice and patience. I have replaced 2 sauna controller units from a competitive brand and I was getting quite frustrated and not very happy about buying a third. The Homecraft controller I received is vastly superior to the units I replaced. Thanks again for your help Homecraft!

Stewart and the team at Homecraft are top notch. The customer service I have received along the way of deciding what’s the best option for me to build a sauna in my house has been second to none. It’s a one stop shop and an amazing price and quality to make your sauna ventures so simple to get underway. Great product and outstanding staff!They helped me a lot to get new heater elements. We like our 6kw sauna and use it 1-2 times a week, so we lost one of the heater elements after many years of use. Without any hope, I left a message on the Homecraft website and got feedback immediately on the same day. As a result, they sent a new element for a reasonable price. They take care of their clients!Thank you for being so helpful.

Really helpful, knowledgeable, and really pleasant to deal with. I bought a wood stove and chimney kit as well as a few accessories for our sauna build. I purchased a complete sauna kit from HomeCraft, including door, bucket, light, cedar, gauges, timer and heater etc etc. The instructions were crystal clear and very helpful. I’m a pretty handy guy so was really looking forward to the project. The outcome was something I can be proud of and was completed very affordably. But…enough about me. Few companies today have that “family” and “we care about you” feel. HomeCraft IS family owned and operated. The people I dealt with that weren’t family, felt like family. Their attention to detail both pre and post sale…120%. Their millwork is top shelf and the quality of the other materials is excellent. They produce their own heaters, manufacturing to (not bypassing) CSA and cUL to ensure the longevity and safe use of their products. I’ve worked with many great companies over the years and I’d put HomeCraft in the top 5 and would not hesitate to recommend them to supply EVERYTHING you need for your home sauna. It’s not often I do company reviews unless I’m unhappy. In this case, I felt HomeCraft’s products, services and care were so good, they warranted this review. Thanks HomeCraft!!!

Amazing customer service, resolved an issue I had with no questions asked and shipped me replacement PLUS some brackets I needed at no cost. These guys are awesome!
