Least helpful.I asked several times to send few documents which they have to send to the concerned authority. They told me they ll send them in few days. After that i inquired several times through and then called them, but they never responded even in two months.

Ubah is so amazing sister and so open-minded person - I would give her an above beyond.

I recently visited this organization to get some assistance. The appointment time I was given was at 12 I didn't see anyone till close to 2 pm, and no one apologized for the long wait. When I finally saw Millicent her greeting was not welcoming at all. Whilst helping me with my paperwork she was very agitated and her demeanour seem like she didn't want to assist, she kept huffing and puffing the enter time. About half an hour into the process she told me to go home and finish it myself and she is tired and she was going on her break she got up and just walked off. She was very rude and unprofessional. I will not recommend anyone see that person that supposed to be assisting women with immigration paper filing as she is unprofessional.

I am a client, i left a voice message to the settlement counsellor and never got reply, also i left a voice message to the reception informing my issue and never heard back. I am politely requesting to answer voice messages since we cant get in person service due to Covid-19 restrictions.

Excellent services the reception is great the staffs are very friendly, polite and reliable. Good and detailed health care provisions. I would recommend

I asked for a Tamil translator for my mother and the woman on the line yelled at me asking how many times are you gonna call and it was my first time calling, asked her for her name but refused to tell me can u please get a proper receptionist thank you

This place is veri hlpful. The staff here has a lot of information that can help anyone new ore has been living here to get around. They helped me wit my spouse's sponsorship application. They will teach u step by step 2 do it urslf. Talk 2 them first B4 u speak 2 a lawyer.
