I had very little polish left on my toe nails, and they still charged me $20.00 to remove it. It only took the girl under 5 minutes to remove the polish, so they charged way too much. Also, the staff are not very friendly. When I asked how much, she said $10.00. If that is not correct, then she doesn't speak very good English. Also, only my big toe was shaped, none of the others were done.

My nails turned out perfect. The shape and design was amazing and the man that did my nails was patient and kind. But the service is a different story. I had an appointment for 4:30 and I showed up 10 mins early to ensure that I was there on time. They started doing my nails 20 mins after my appointment started. AND the lady at the desk let two walk in's go before me when I had been sitting there for 20 mins. When my nails were done I had a payment problem with my card and I had to insert it. The lady at the front was very snappy and rude with me while I was trying to explain what was going on. She manually added a 15% tip and my nails ended up being 97$ for the most simple design, white nails with black stars on them. Two little mini stars on a couple nails. I asked the lady at the front to adjust the tip because it wasn't within my budget. I asked her to change it to a 10% tip and she got rude and snappy and told me that 10% wasn't enough. I would go back for the nails themself, but I will definitely be going to V nails next time.
