Raj is a LIFE SAVER. My iPhone was damaged and would not turn on or be detected by my laptop when I plugged it in - the issue was that I had some extremely sentimental family photos on it that were not backed up anywhere else (my fault, I know!). I gave the phone to him and he was able to extract my entire camera roll without issue, which gave me back some deeply personal memories that I thought were gone. Raj did so much more than fix my tech problem; he made magic happen and did it with kindness and professionalism. Would recommend him to anyone!

Had a great experience with getting my laptop serviced by Call Techelp Services. Raj is extremely knowledgeable and is definitely a tech expert. He was able to identify the problems with my pc plus gave me additional information and advice on how to improve my settings for better day to day use. He was very accommodating in scheduling an appointment to fix my problem. His expertise is impressive. Will definitely use his services again.

I called up Raj on a Thursday morning as my laptop fan was making quite a bit of noise and I believed it need to be replaced. Raj asked me to bring it in that very same day. Later that evening Raj messaged me to confirm the fan would need be replaced and he had already ordered a new fan which would be arriving on Friday. In the process, Raj performed a thorough cleaning of the interior components. By Saturday afternoon my laptop was ready for pickup. After bringing it home and starting it up, the noise level was as quiet as when I first bought it and I noticed some performance improvements as result of the improved cooling.A few hours in however, the fan started to make some different noises which were a bit concerning. I left a message for Raj the next morning (a Sunday), and he called back within a couple hours and told me to bring in on Tuesday. After bringing it in on Tuesday morning, Raj performed extensive testing but the noise had stopped and the fan seemed to be working as expected. Raj attributed it to a normal burn in period for the new component. I picked up laptop the same evening and Raj didn't charge anything extra for the diagnostic and testing.This entire episode was over the May 24 long weekend which speaks to the level of customer service provided as Raj is always quick to provide updates and return messages and calls. More importantly to me, I was impressed with the level of knowledge and skill displayed as it's clear that Raj is an expert in the field with a genuine passion for his work. His approach doesn't follow the same cookie cutter formulas you normally witness in the IT field. All of this is provided at a very reasonable price as well. If you're in the Ajax/Pickering/Whitby area, I highly recommend you call up Raj for all your computer repair/IT needs.
