Got a new 2022 silverado it's falling apart super poor quality .. told me 5 weeks to order exhaust system called 6 weeks later they forgot to order it . Trying to call someone no one gets back to you poor customer service been another 4 weeks with no call back from anyone .. this will be the last chevy I buy. Once they get you in the truck they don't care about you anymore .wouldn't recommend to anyone .

Absolute worst experience ever dealing with there service department there service manager Kelly try’s to intimidate customers and talks down to you very unprofessional all to cover up his service advisors screwing up and not advising properly constantly have to call back to deal with one simple matter taking up to 5 trips down there to get pictures taken due to loosing the pictures and to top it off they over charge on everything

Drove from Vancouver Island to purchase a truck. Professional friendly staff that were straight forward to deal with. Truck was PDI’d and cleaned up on short notice. They are a very accommodating team! Thanks guys

Dealing with sales was great. We had a made a deal and they took my deposit in 5 minutes. I had to back out and they were good about it. This is a reputable dealer who deals in good faith.

Dealing with Wood Wheaton service dept is the worst experience ever. We had a brand new diesel truck go down over a recall the truck was down for nearly 3 months.The recall meant the truck was undriveable. We had to rent a replacement truck and there was only 1 one ton diesel truck in town to rent and we had to rent it. i had called and asked the service writer if this was going to be a problem and was told no it was not. 3 months later our truck was fixed and we returned the rental and submitted the rental bills to the service dept. The rental bill was close to $10,000 dollars. We waited for 2 months and we were phoned by the service advisor that our cheque for the rental was ready to be picked up. We went and got the cheque and they reimbursed us $3600 of the rental cost. When i questioned this I was told to phone GM customer service. 7 months later they phoned me and told me that this was fair as they only pay $60 a day no matter what you drive. So we payed 3 months worth of truck payments and lost $7000. on a rental and both Gm and Wood Wheaton think this is fair.

If I wasn’t under warranty I would never go here. I have been here too many times and every time is bad. Recently I had an upper control arm issues in December. Booked an appointment for January because the part needed to be ordered. The day before my appointment they call to say it hasn’t come in and that they would call me when it has. That was January 6th today is February 13th. So I call for an update on the part. It was never ordered and now I have to wait for March. Always bad service. I’ve been to many GM dealers in the past as all my vehicles have been GM and all have been fantastic. The GM in PG is the worst service I have ever experienced and I’m stuck dealing with them for warranty work. This will be my last GM vehicle.

Chris, our service advisor was great! He is now our go-to guy! Chris kept us informed and explained everything about the diagnostic. He had a quote ready and had the part ready! Couldn't have asked for better service! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

So far so good. They were very accommodating when I showed up 2hrs before closing and decided to buy right then. The lady in finance was awsome to deal with and the service department got me in very fast for a box liner and paint protection film and the quality is exceptional. You walk in there feeling like they know you by name.Definitely feeling better about my choice to to buy off wood wheaton rather then northland dodgeKeep up the great work wood wheaton

Worst customer service ever , had 3 appointment in a raw didn't finish my car in the same day , one time didn't order the parts for my car for my booked appointment . One day asked me if I can leave the car to finish it next day . Didn't finish everything . Booked me for another day We came on time they didn't have the appointment booked and asked us to come another day . As they don't care about their reputation and their bad customer service continuing to be the worst ever between all car dealership.
