Was a Scotia Bank customer for 10 years, and ever since my account moved to this branch, I have experienced the worse customer experience I’ve had with a bank. They lack follow-up…. Even when they contact you to upgrade, there is no follow trough.

Good and rapid service , polite agent or devoted employees, respectful friendly and helpful

I had the worst service today over the phone with an employee named michelle and it got even worst with the branch manager Angelique Nehme. The manager refused to give me her employee name that was rude and arrogant and hung up on me. This is the worst service I have encounter with a financial institution.

Me amd my wife took the time to go open a savings sccount during our lunch from work. Our appointment was at 1130am. They even called us an hour before to confirm. We get there at 11:15am the girl was only able to talk to us at 11:45am with an excuse of MY OTHER CLIENT BEFORE YOU TOOK TOO LONG while we saw her walking around the bank. Anyways so we go open an accpunt gave her everything she needed, since its a saving she said we wont have a bank card and just open it online when we get home using the info she provided us. We get home my wife tried itand it didnt work, called customer service and theynsaid we have to contact the agent that set up the account. We called her, we left a voicemail no answer its been almost a month her name is Alejandra. Now i know why theres basically nobody here everytime we pass by. What a waste of time

I noticed many bad reviews with this branch and thought I'd take the time to mention that the teller I dealt with today went over and above to help me with replacing my lost debit card. Not sure of her name but she was very nice and a pleasure to deal with.

I do not understand the negative reviews! I have always had impeccable service at this branch!

ATM machines have no deposit option for an entire week now, multiple occasions of the machine eating bills and not returning them, whenever doing a deposit be prepared to be there for awhile since the machine accepts 1 out of every 5 bills inserted, THE worst bank in Laval

If I can give this branch zero stars I would, worst customer service ever! Managers take no accountability for a simple credit card pickup. Had to spend 2 hours in the front counter.

Useless ATM machines to deposit money. 3/4 of the time it can’t accept the bills
