Perfect Turf Calgary

I recently had turf applied in my backyard with a boundary of mulch and four by fours separating the mulch from the turf. This was the second time that I have used Perfect Turf . The first was approximately 16 or 17 years ago, and because of my delight with the product at that time and over the years, I chose to use the company again for my new home. Once again, I could not be happier! The end result is spectacular, and every interaction I had with everyone in the company was absolutely respectful, pleasant, and efficient. The quality of the grass is top notch and every desire that I had for my backyard was met 100%. I definitely recommend Perfect Turf to anyone who is considering installing turf in their yard. My son and daughter-in- law have now had a dog run added to their back yard. They also used Perfect Turf on my recommendation. Thanks very much Perfect Turf!

Highly, highly recommend!I am beyond happy with my new turf. It was such a burden having to bring my mower to the front of the townhouse, just to maintain my small, dog destroyed yard.Dustin’s knowledge of the product assured that I was getting the best and most practical turf for this application. The K9 turf is unreal! The look and feel is exactly what I wanted and the dog absolutely loves it.The guys from Perfect Turf were simply amazing. They went above and beyond by installing 6X6 timbers around the perimeter to divide the property and build my fence on. I would highly recommend perfect turf for any turf job of any size! This turf completely transformed my curb appeal!

I had my Perfect Turf lawn installed in October 2015. I had awesome service back then. I was so happy with it I even recommended them to all my friends and family. My neighbors would ask me who installed it and I had no hesitation to recommend them. It has now been 5+ years later and I called to book a maintenance service for my lawn this year and no one even showed up. I waited over a month to see if maybe they were backed up and nothing. I have grass growing up through my turf and the turf s starting to lift in some areas. I even have large nails starting to pop up as well. I had voiced my concerns when booking my appointment. I was told it would be taken care of. I was a pretty happy customer in the beginning but now not so much. I am sure I will get a covid response excuse. The grass growing up through the turf is an eye sore and shows that over time this turf will not last. See picture attached to the review. First picture is the install and what it looks like today.

Initial install work was okay and product quality was good but the crew damaged parging on the side of our home and there was a color defect in the turf. We decided to wait to finish payment once the project was truly fully complete with good product, and repaired damaged. We had about 3 conversations with perfect turf about coming to finish the work and they repeatedly noted that they were looking into a solution. After 2 years of chasing them and having my emails unanswered unless I write them from a different address, we have fully given up. The company offered a good customer experience at the beginning and then it all fell apart and there was zero follow through.

Great experience!!! Response times to emails/calls were amazing, they were super accommodating when I changed my mind about something last minute, and the job was done in a very timely manner! Plus it looks PERFECT (pun intended :-P) Would highly recommend!

I just want to say how much me and my husband absolutely love our new backyard. We got the pet friendly turf, and it looks real, feels real, and the best part is there is no weeds or maintanence for us. Our dog loves it too. It was done so quick in just days, and everyone was so nice and easy to deal with. I would highly recommend Perfect Turf to anyone, and a 10 year warranty is an added bonus. Thanks again guys, we couldn't be happier.

We had our turf installed by Perfect turf twice once in our old house and once in our new home about 5 years ago. The first time we were away when it was installed and came back to the project completed however, broken solar lights and smashed plants around our pond. No mention of this until I sent photos requesting that this be covered. They did eventually pay to replace the broken lights so we were comfortable going forward with them in our new home.The grass was installed in both our front/back lawn about 4 years ago. Last year the substrate that they use underneath the turf starting flowing down into my flower beds leaving a big gap underneath a couple areas. Last year I called multiple times and spoke to Karen" about it and was promised someone would come out to look. That never happened I called closer to the end of the season and she said well it won't happen this year maybe next year. Two weeks ago I started calling to make sure we are on the list to have this seen and repaired. I've left two voice messages and not even a call back.I'm not expecting the repair to be free I would just like it taken care of however

We did a lot of research and we are very happy to have settled on Perfect Turf. Understandably they are very busy in the summer and we weren't in a rush. When they did get here the guys were great.. hard workers and great attention to detail - you could feel that they took pride in the work. The install was perfect (pun) and surprisingly fast. They also did a good job explaining some basic care tips.1 star off as it seems that maybe they are stretched too thin for the summer? It was a bit of a battle to even get a quote.. actually until the day of install we didn't have a firm quote in hand so that was concerning. Likely time to hire a few more crew members (sounds like it's just 3 guys? And working VERY high hours) and/or a project manager who can handle quotes and estimates.Still very happy overall, and would use them again.

We hired Perfect turf to lay our backyard because 2 different friends recommended them. They did not disappoint! They completed the project quickly and beautifully. I love our yard now! I will be recommending them to anyone who needs artificial turf. I guess in our friend group we are the 3rd happy customer!

We absolutely love our yard now!
