Zadorsky Custom Homes completed a renovation on our downstairs bathroom last year, which was unusable due to being half demolished by the previous owner.The owner, Jordan, made the experience feel seamless and personal despite limitations at the beginning of lockdown that halted renovations. We spoke over email, text and FaceTime to get him the information he needed for an accurate quote. He also took the time to explain the quote and process for us, and helped us work within our tight budget. He was patient and responsive to our questions.Once renovations could start, Jordan got us onto his schedule and worked quickly but with an attention to detail that made it evident how much he cares about his work.We are so happy with our experience with Zadorsky Custom Homes and can’t wait to have them back in our home to work some more of their magic!

After consulting with me to get my ideas, he continued to include me in the entire process: from choosing the cut of wood, the shape/size, and the even helping create a custom stain for the finish. Zadorsky Custom Homes has done multiple projects at our home, including build a 28'x16' workshop, crown moulding and trim work, basement ceiling installation, two exterior doors and railing and top rail removal and installation. Jordan was a pleasure to work with, his attention to detail was evident in every aspect of his work, he walked us through multiple options for each of our projects and was professional every step of the way. I would highly recommend Jordan. He designed a custom built-in for us (fireplace mantle/surround and floor-to-ceiling shelving). He matched the existing crown moulding so the unit was seamless. His work is impeccable. He is a perfectionist that does the job right - going so far as to remove a section of work that did not look balanced to his eye and starting again to ensure that the overall proportions of the unit looked just right. He does not rush things and I felt that he truly cared about giving us a finished piece that we would be thrilled about and would continue to make us happy for many years. We are very happy that we found Jordan to complete this job for us.

Jordan is a perfectionist that takes his time to make sure the job is done right, on time and at a reasonable price.Pictured is the custom built-ins that Jordan did for us. He had to build the bottom cabinets from scratch, but he also mounted our beam and just for good measure, installed the TV + mount.I've used Jordan for a few other jobs including reinforcing an old porch, cabinetry in a rental, and a backsplash. Each and every job has turned out exceptionally well.
