Last year, I had an appointment at 11 and went on time, but it took about three hours for my car to be taken in for inspection. This year, I had an appointment at 9 o'clock, but unfortunately I had urgent work at the hospital and I arrived about two hours late, but they did not accept it. If you are really punctual, why did you delay me for 3 hours last year?! Their appointments take more than a month. It means that I have to wait for a technical examination for two months now and I am unemployed....

I went there for a SAAQ mechanical inspection. I arrived half hour early and they took my car as soon as they had finished the others which was way before the time for my appointment. The lady at the front desk was very kind and she spoke in English when she saw my document from Ontario. I appreciate it because I'm still learning French. You can't see the inspection up close, but you can see it from the outside. The guys doing the inspection looked very professional and they seemed to test the car by the book. I had a great experience there.
