Great people in this store. They really went above and beyond to make my purchase. Explaining everything as he (sorry I forgot his name) worked on my new phone. Without a doubt I highly recommend this store. Best experience ever.

This place sells inferior parts and they are not honest about it. They lied and were rude to me several times about various issues to do with my phone which they ruined. The phone did not work properly immediately after they repaired it. It died after three weeks. I put in a complaint with better business bureau and they did not even bother to respond. Do not go here. I suspect these reviews are fake. Google please examine these reviews.I phoned you the next day to say the phone was not working and told you I was away. You said you would return, upgrade anytime. When I came back you didn't have the part and refused to return. You told me the part was just cheap and would not admit it was broken. I told you to look up the meaning of the word cheap and you called me a racist which is pretty funny because I brought business to you.The phone was glitchy and so dark I could not see it in the car which is dangerous. I had to turn the screen up and it drained my battery. Menus were whited out. The corners were unresponsive. You were not honest about the quality of the part. A Cheap part means poor colours it does not mean you can't see the phone. You should not sell parts that are so bad they make the phone unusable. Do not go here.

got my galaxy s9 plus front screen replaced here today. great job at the lowest price in the town.================Update below================I came back to the store next day because I had an additional request on the job they have already done on my phone (was already perfectly done; I am just a sensitive person...). Iyas, the boss patiently listened to my story, and he would right-on jump onto working on my request and have the job done. Both Iyas and the other person named Preek (sorry if written wrong) are very knowledgeable, professional, kind and honest; they would simply show me all the parts they have at the time, and professionally offer all they can do, the quality job. Literally 200% satisfaction!!!In addition, at the site I could easily observe how they treat other customers because this place is very popular and busy. They treat everyone equally, reasonably, and professionally.I would definitely recommend this place.

I fixed my 13 pro max at this place and I loved the service. The phone was fixed within one hour. Best for service, best price and plus the best customer service in Ontario so I got a next job for them iPhone 10+ Hamilton finest tech lady in Ontario they did a wonderful job dam Hamilton steel city.

Great place for internet box that lets you stream video channels and movies to your tv. No need for cable and the box is a one time purchase and then 15 dollars a month for programning. Just like having cable plus much more. Other services there but only dealt with them for this particular item. Fairly friendly service. Recommended with my limited knolege
