Although i am a gatineau resident with ID to prove it, i borrowed my bosses pickup truck to do a dump run of personal items and they tried to charge me $200 because it had ontario plates. Now i’ve spent half a day breaking down items to try and fit them in my honda civic, i guess i’ll be making 2-3 dump runs instead. THANKS…

Although I came in within the time frame (15 mins before the closing time), they did not accept me as they said they are too full and it is too late.I suggest having a gauge on the website that shows the capacity and changing the hours. If 15 mins before the closing time is not accepted, then just move the closing time to 15 mins earlier. The hours are already the weirdest I have ever seen. It is not a grocery store that people can just turn around.

The staff is helpful and the location is convenient. Can be really busy in the week-ends, especially now that the lockdown is ending. Good place to dispose of various materials responsibly.

Used to be clean and awesome! Staff is helpful however it was a mess and I ended up with a destroyed tire! Tire has 4k on it and ita toast

Great place to get rid of everything. They had the closed sign up yesterday but yet they were open. I did mention this to a couple workers and when leaving the closed sign was still there??

The guy in the booth very professional, extremely pleasant, seems to love his job, always in a good humour. It would be helpful, if possible to list on the website what are the busy times, I have been there where I'm through in 15 minutes and other times 2 hours.

Great place to dump a variety of things for free for Gatineau residents. Gets really busy and may have to wait a long time before getting in. But it's big and lots of space and very well organized. Friendly staff. TIP: Make sure to sort your trash and gather similar things together for faster disposal.

Even if you call 311 before to make sure, they close whenever they want, before the anounced closing time, without warning.A very rude old security guard that is frustrated with having to ruin all these people's days just shouts c'est pas ma faute!".Go there the second it opens if you want a chance
