Connect Hearing

I am a senior whose mother is 104 years old, and extremely hard of hearing. Connect Hearing in New Westminster have time and time again proven invaluable in dealing with issues my mother has had with her hearing aids, both real and imagined! They have consistently been patient, understanding, and provided much needed help. Kudos to the entire team!

I am highly recommend Connect Hearing in New Westminster. I am a patient for a few years. They’re great customer service and Shally Yuan is very professional, knowledgeable and works with passion. She helped me for a few years on the row because I am only hear about 50% of my right ear. Nowadays I am using the best hearing aid and other hearing devices witch help me at work and in my daily life.

The team at this location is beyond incredible. Dr Shally Yuan is so caring and attentive to detail, a true amazing human being. The team at concierge is so warm and lovely! I really hope they all get raises they deserve it!

Shally is great. I've been helping my wife take her parents in for appts with Shally for a while. When it came time for my parents to get their hearing aids (one new, one upgrade), this was a no-brainer. Shally is never rushed, explains things thoroughly, offers options and answers all questions. My parents are very happy with their new hearing aids and the awesome follow-up service. And the rest of the staff is wonderful, too.

I needed a replacement unit recently and found the front desk staff friendly, courteous and informed. They wnsured my needs were met quickly and efficiently. Shalley herself was all of the above and more. An excellent experience.

The front office staff are great, very helpful and accommodating. The audiologist Shally was amazing, kind, caring professional. She took a mold of my ear for new in ear hearing aids and they are great. I've come back a few times for minor adjustments and the team is always friendly. If you have hearing problems, need a test or hearing aids then look no further!

I have complete confidence in their abilities to fit me with hearing aids that address my problems appropriately. They are very professional, thorough and cognizant of recent advances in the field. They have been very patient and understanding with me, as I am very technologically-challenged. Audiologist, Shally, is skilled, professional, attentive, positive, caring, warm and friendly. She provides clear explanations, has excellent follow-up with me, seeks feedback about how things are going and is responsive in such a positive way to any changes required. It is normal to have to tweak things when there are new hearing aids, and Shally does this in a helpful, caring way. She went the extra mile by taking me across the street to nearby coffee shops to see how I managed changes just made in her office. While I never would have expected this, I really appreciated this kindness. She listens carefully, problem solves and provides a sense of caring and interest in me as a client, which, of course, also helps her determine the optimal hearing aid settings. The front staff are also friendly and helpful. I have no hesitation in recommending Shally and Connect Hearing.
