Happened to see their ad on TV. Where other companies never answered my requests for help with a flooded basement Storm Basement Waterproofing’s response was immediate. Dave was out the same day, analyzed the situation and suggested a remedy. Totally low key, no pressure tactics.Before leaving he devised a temporary fix to alleviate the flooding. Work took 3 days.The crew, Mike, Jacob and Elison, were professional, courteous and respectful. They answered all my questions and never made a mess. With jackhammers on concrete I expected concrete dust everywhere but their tools all had vacuums and they had a Hepa filter. I was amazed at how clean the work area remained.I was so satisfied with the job they did that I already recommended them to a friend with a similar problem.

Dave and the team at Storm Basement Waterproofing recently finished waterproofing our basement. Dave did a great job of explaining the process to us and how it would work. He had photos of prior jobs on his iPad that they completed to show you how it was actually done. They did a great job of communicating with us to let us know when they would be on site to do the work. I was amazed at the work that was accomplished by the crew in the period of 5 days. They work hard. They were very respectful of our property and made sure they cleaned up after themselves. Occasionally, we would be serenaded by a couple members of the team singing songs throughout the day. It was pretty entertaining, and we enjoyed it. Overall, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Storm Basement Waterproofing. They do good work!

Storm Basement and Waterproofing did an excellent job with waterproofing my basement. They were diligent, hardworking, and answered all the questions we had about the entire waterproofing system. Waterproofing isn't a small or easy job but they made the process as quick and painless as possible for us.Also their prices are great. They did their best to work within my budget and to find a solution that would work for me. As a result I paid significantly less than what one of their competitors quoted me for the exact same work.

The storm basement waterproofing did a great job. They had to work in a small area that was in a crawl space that had my furnace in. Professional, super quick to respond to any concern within minutes, the crew knows how to have a good time while working, which means they are happy!! I couldn't have made a better choice after 4 estimates. There is nothing like being treated like a person rather than a sale. No double talk by Storm. David knew exactly what he was talking about. Our basement kept flooding and we knew we needed a long term solution. This place was great! We were so stressed about waterproofing the basement and they made this process pretty efficient and affordable. They installed a sump pump for us at a reasonable price and in a short time frame. They are very responsive to any concerns. Dave is knowledgeable and professional and takes time to answer questions and didn’t talk down to us as new homeowners. They were also good with our pets. Today Dave got a notification that something was up with the pump, promptly came over, ran tests, and then installed a new one to make sure there would be no issues. All within like an hour. It’s good to pick a company that guarantees their product and doesn’t just set it and forget it. Can’t recommend enough!

Last year we had some problems with moisture in our basement, so I called STORM Basement Waterproofing since they had good reviews. Dave came out and assessed the situation, explained everything very clearly, and made the correct recommendation. The guys from STORM installed our dehumidifier and went above and beyond to fix a few other minor issues. Our basement has been perfect since. These guys are professional, personable, and very responsive. I would highly recommend them.
