Always great service from the front desk to my eye exams. Instead of ordering my contact lenses online from an online vendor, I buy my contacts right from them. It saves me on the insurance and handling fees making my expense 100% claimable through my insurance plan. Today the front desk staff educated me about the Alcon rebate - making it an even better purchase! Everyone that works here is just fabulous.

Stephanie was amazing! Our daughter was so afraid of putting contacts in her eye due to a bad experience a few years ago. I was convinced it would never happen. Stephanie was so calm and gave my daughter so much confidence that after 15 minutes she was able to put them in and take them out first try. Thank you Stephanie! I highly recommend Oakville Eye Care and Dr Christine Yeung & Associates. The staff there are outstanding

My daughter has been going to see Dr. Christine Yeung since Grade 5. This year my daughter went to university in US and had an issue with her lens. I wrote email to Dr. Yeung for advice, and got her response right away with great thorough suggestions. I felt a big relief knowing that Dr. Yeung is alway there to help and support, even when my daughter is far away from home. Thank you very much, Dr. Yeung!Not only we received the great care from Dr. Yeung, but also were super impressed by the professional staffs in both Neyagawa Blvd and Speers Rd locations. The front desk staffs are very kind and always willing to help. We received the reminder in both email and phone call prior to our appointments. The overall experience was amazing! Highly recommended!

Everything is great except for the store timings! You say you close at 3 pm on your storefront and google then close at 3 not at 12 pm or 1pm or just update your hours! This is the 3rd week this happens, I can only come on weekends to pickup my order and every time I try they’re closed hours before!!

Amazing service at Oakville Eye Care. Eye exams are always very professional and comprehensive for both kids. My little one is 5 and was very comfortable with the exam.Also, we got myopia management control glasses for our son and just recently had to replace the lenses due to an incident. Justin was very knowledgeable and helpful in glasses selection and maintenance. Amazing service from all of Oakville Eye Care team!

Oakville Eye Care was an amazing experience for me. Their knowledgeable staff helped me choose a pair of frames that suited my face. I had been to several frame stores/opticians and this was the best selection and service. They were attentive and professional. I even had an added request that was unique to my circumstances, and the team showed flexibility, and went above and beyond to make it happen. I was recommended to Oakville Eye Care by a friend who spoke highly of them, and now I can say the same.

My daughter has been going to see Dr. Hong since she was 2 years old and she has been nothing but kind, professional and so great to work with. Over the year and a half Dr. Hong was able to make the right recommendations for my daughter that now she confidently wears her glasses without the struggle of being near sighted.Justin has also been great with his gentle and caring attitude. He was able to get my daughter the lenses that suited her face and were also toddler durable, all while ensuring her high prescription did not interfere with her overall look and comfort. I would highly recommend going to see Dr. Hong and her team over a OEC!!!

I have purchased at least 6 pairs of lenses from Justin. He is so quick with getting my glasses ready! He was even willing to use my old frames and put my new prescription in. I was really grateful to him for providing this service. Justin is very patient and knowledgeable. Highly recommend.
