Tom came and installed a whole new dryer vent system and did an absolutely terrific job. He was prompt and on time exactly when he said he would be and took great care in doing high quality work. I was stressing over the duct work i had originally and Tom made sure everything was new and top grade. Highly recommend him for any of your dryer vent needs!

AMAZING. Like other reviewers, I too was worried about our dryer system especially by how much dust was in our pet-free home. I was also worried about the DVW's knowledge and ability to fix a complex system (long run duct with 2 bends). Tom was fantastic, reassuring, 200% capable and engaging. His use of measuring tools (and their results) was a confirmation of his thorough job. Highly recommended!!! (BTW - the call centre's need to repeatedly articulate the $50 service call made me wonder if this was legit. Of course I should pay for a service call. Tom Griffin came and inspected my dryer vent and replaced the roof vent. He took photos of my old roof vent that home depot contractor failed to replace after the renovation which added an upstairs laundry room.He also tested airflow to ensure everything was in working order. Tom was very knowledgeable and explained exactly what was required to fix the vent connection for my dryer. His prices are fair and he was courteous and punctual.

I’ve been worried about my dryer venting system for some time and was concerned about the potential fire hazard that it posed. Tom from Dryer Vent Wizard came and assessed the situation, tested the airflow through the dryer and then patiently explained the various issues that needed repair. Turns out that my current venting system was grossly under-sized, not at all to Code and a fire waiting to happen. Tom promptly got to work, repaired everything including a mouse-proof metal vent on the outside. He meticulously cleaned up after himself and made certain that the dryer air flow had returned to industry standards after his repair. Tom was on time, courteous and clearly knew EXACTLY what he was doing. This is truly NOT a job to be handled by someone on Kijiji. Fantastic service. I broke one of the brittle plastic flaps on my dryer vent trying to clean some of the lint out. Less than an hour from submitting an online inquiry (at night), the main call centre scheduled me for an appointment first thing in the morning.Tom arrived very punctually and was awesome. I am very pleased with the mouse-proof vent he installed (I was hoping for such a mechanism and he had everything he needed ready to go!), and with the overall quality of the cleaning. I'm impressed by how fast it was all done from start to finish (calling & needing something to being all done). He also gave me some great advice about home maintenance (unrelated to dryers, not trying to upsell anything -- just very helpful!). I highly recommend Tom and will be using him again in the future.

Tom from Dryer Wizard was amazing! Look no further, this is the guy you want handling your dryer vent issues!We had some issues with a blocked dryer vent that goes up to the roof and hired Tom to come out to take a look. Tom noticed that our roof was sagging and informed us of everything we should do before he was able to do his job. For safety reasons he did not want to proceed in case my roof fell in and I agree that it was unsafe for him to proceed until we fixed the roof.Once we corrected the roofing issue Tom came back and noticed that the roofers dislodged my vent pipes when reinstalling the vent cover. If it were not for Tom we would have never known what to do and would have continued to use our dryer with the dislodged pipe causing more issues. Tom informed us of everything he was going to do and gave us rough estimates of the cost up front so that we knew what we were paying for.Thank you Tom for your courteous and professional services. You are a bright spot in the world of service providers in that you care so much about your customer's well being and safety. You rarely find that kind of compassion and commitment in this day and age.Hire this man! He is worth your time and money!

We were having issues with our dryer so we decided to look into a dryer vent cleaning company.We picked this one based on the positive reviews, so here’s one more:Tom was absolutely fantastic. Very quick, efficient, and professional work.He went above and beyond to make sure our exhaust system was working properly. Gave us tips and advice along the way as well. I cannot recommend his work enough.If you need to get your dryer vent checked, ask for Tom, you won’t be disappointed.

Tom did a great job! He was very professional and prompt. I was really impressed with how he cleaned up after the job and made sure to use booties in the house. He saved me $$$$$ as I thought I had to get a new dryer, but it turns out it was an issue with the vents. Would recommend.

We were concerned that the vent on our built-in dryer may have disconnected from the dryer. Tom was able to pull the dryer out and reconnect the dryer vent securely.Tom also inspected the exhaust outflow on the side of the house. He noticed that we had a screen covering the vent which we installed to prevent rodents from getting into the vent. Tom advised us that vent screens are not to code. (Good to know!) He removed the screen and installed a code-approved exhaust cap (i.e. single louvre magnetized door flap product).We were very satisfied with Tom's prompt and professional service and advice and we highly recommend him for your dryer vent servicing needs.
