Bought a blizzard ice cream cake from this location for a family member’s birthday. It was ok, but we could all taste a difference between their ice cream cakes and our usual Dairy Queen. It was less creamy? I don’t know. It was still decent but not the taste we’re used to.

We’ve been purchasing ice cream cakes for our 5 kids from Dairy Queen Tower Hill for years now and can confidently say they are an amazing store to work with. Friendly, detail oriented and fast, they create amazing, delicious cakes for any event! Would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great cake!Diana

Was very upset about my recent visit to this location. I watched a girl wipe the ice cream that spilled over the side of my cup with that blue rag in the picture. I asked her if the rag was clean, knowing it wasn't. I think she was training and looked at the other girl for what to say. The other girl then turned to me and in a rude way said yeah..." Like I asked a stupid question. I asked for a refund instead of a new one as I know how some places treat customers who complain. The other lady with the blond hair who I assume was the manager was very helpful. Unfortunately due to the lack of communication between the employees

I ordered a photo cake with a picture of my son on it for his 1st birthday and they were very helpful with answering questions and accommodating my requests. It turned out perfectly and we were so happy with the cake! Will order from here again in the future.

A classic treat on a warm evening. This location doesn't have burgers or fries which is why it's called a Treat. I ordered a Royal Reese's Brownie something or other and I was given something Oreos in it. I would have complained if I had a complaint. Might have been a new hire since I received it right side up!**Update, the owner let me know that the blizzard I ordered was special and doesn't come upside down like the others. Added a star for the excellent customer engagement and the offer to fix an incorrect order next time. Cheers!

I recently ordered a cake from this location and the service was amazing!! It was a last minute personalized order with a custom photo, and I needed it urgently for the next day. The managers at this location were so accommodating and made sure that not only the cake was delicious, but the timing of the cake was exceptional. They made sure the design was to my liking. Their overall service and correspondence was exceptional. Thank you!!

The guy who took an order for my son’s birthday cake was amazing and very helpful with selection!! We chose a beautiful cake and he offered me to send a picture that I would love to use on cake!! The ice cream cake was gorgeous and beautifully designed!!! And absolutely was very delicious!!!Everyone was amazed to see the beautiful & delicious cake!!! Thank you so much Carlo!!
