Terry Fox Montessori is a wonderful place to send your child. All teachers are genuine, caring and loving. They are professional and patient with the children. Classroom is clean and organized.I am extremely happy and assured knowing that my daughter is safe and in good hands.This is my daughter's last year and we are already sad to leave Terry Fox. I really hope they open an elementary classroom.

Terry Fox Montessori is a great daycare and school. The school is clean and the staff are very friendly and helpful.There was a child that was being physically aggressive to several children in the school. My daughter was one of the students what would complain often that she was being pushed and punched by that child. These physical acts were witnessed multiple times when I was picking up my daughter at the end of the day.I as well as other parents complained to the school and thankfully the director and teachers took this issue very seriously and the school has a zero tolerance policy when it comes to hitting. The director immediately took action and explained that their students safety and well-being is their top priority.I am grateful the school took the appropriate action.Highly recommend this school! Thank you again to the director for taking this matter so seriously and for resolving it. My daughter is very happy there.

My son loved going to the school for summer camp. He participated in a lot of art and creative activities. The principal, the teachers and the support staff are all very pleasant people and handle children in a very polite manner. My son felt like a home away from home at school. Amazing care for a child to grow and be nurtured.

Our daughter started at TFM the fall of 2020. It was a difficult year for everyone due to COVID but that was the best decision we ever made. She thrived going to TFM and was able to make meaningful connections with new classmates and her sweet teachers. The schools has a rigorous cleaning and screening program to ensure everyone's health and safety. We were expecting our daughter to be sick all the time as kids usually do when they first start daycare. She was hardly sick at all. She loved the food, the playground and all the activities they provided. Her teachers Miss Arousa, Miss Aesha, Miss Lidia and Miss Amirah are absolute sweethearts. They were so supportive during any transition periods when my daughter needed to adjust to a new class. The feedback and report cards were very thorough. The everyday updates of pictures and activities on the HImama app made it especially easy for us parents to be at ease while she was at school. She had minimal issues at drop offs as she loved to go inside and felt secure with her teachers. The skills and vocabulary she has learned at TFM are priceless. She just turned 3 years old yesterday and she is able to converse easily with adults, she loves to help cook and clean as well. These are essential life skills that she has learned at such a young age. We miss TFM very much. If we didn't have to move to a new home we would have loved to keep her at TFM until she was ready for kindergarten!

What an amazing school. My son started attending here in December, he had never been to daycare, so we were very nervous about having him go to any school. We visited tons of Montessori schools in our area, but none of them came close to this one. Miss Alia, the Director, was so understanding and patient, she really worked with us those first couple of weeks when son started, trying to accommodate our needs. My son, has had the best experience at this school, he absolutely loves his teachers, so much that he'll start to go full time next week, because he's always saying he wants to go to school and always asking about his teachers. We have also noticed a huge improvement in his vocabulary and he always surprises us with all the new things he's learning. We are beyond happy we found this place!

We are very grateful that our kids no longer go to this schoolThere are so many things that are wrong with this school and specially the CASA class.Management is unprofessional and unorganized.they send you emails in the weekends and chase when they need money or something. But when you need them it takes like forever to get ahold of them.Not all teachers are at the same level and they changing every couple of months . The school has a Very high turn over ( 3 lead teachers have changed in less than 2 months) with out being informed or notified. And for sure i can tell why they are leaving..LolLack of communication with the parents. Not everything or concern will be communicated with you. No incident reports are properly documented.Director only cares about herself interest and not the children as she is claiming.Some of the teachers follows unacceptable methods to punish. The previous lead teacher in Casa Class used to use methods like isolation and making the kids feel ashamed. And once she left , the director said i know she wasn’t using the right methods and o didn’t agree with her.They are forcing kids to take naps and if they don’t they will start to yell at them. My son got traumatized at the end of his days to the point he begged me everyday in the morning not to take him to the school with tears.They also intimidate and pressure children to do things instead of respecting the child .my kid is calling his teacher (The Angry Teacher) and his class (The Dirty class) imagine!!!I know you will be surprised that this is the only bad comment here, but let me tell you around 60- 70 % of the comments here from the director relatives and the teachers in the school and it happens to know that now when i decided to write as i know them by names.Our kids regressed dramatically in this school. And thankfully that we are out… NOT RECOMMENDED…

Terry Fox Montessori was the first day care our son attended. As a parent, it is an anxious feeling to be away from your kid even for a while. Alia and the team of teachers made this transition as seamless as possible for us and for our son. The center is a also super clean. We will always fondly remember this first experience for us as parents. Thanks a ton!

Terry Fox Montessori is a home away from home. My daughter started attending since she was 18 months old. The teachers are very caring and gentle, they know the right way to comfort the kids. My daughter would want to go to school everyday. The school has good assortment of Montessori material. My daughter loved to do artwork and practical life activities, in the class room. I experienced that the teachers are very experienced and observant about kids behavior, they would guide us with the right way to handle certain situations with kids. The teachers made sure the kids eat well, drink enough water, diapers were changed on regular basis, most of all the time to time update on the app would help us understand how the day went. I thank Miss Ayesha, Miss Arousa and miss Hifsa for taking care of my daughter. It was a very sad feeling to say bye to the school as we were moving to a new place. Even after few months of moving, my daughter asks me about the teachers, she misses them a lot. I would definitely recommend this school.

Terry Fox Montessori is a good school. The facilities are very clean, the classrooms have a variety of Montessori activities, the staff are very friendly and warm. You receive a full report at the end of each day with photos via the HiMama app. The playground is a good size for kids to enjoy outdoor play.The director and teachers are quick to reply to messages. The director listens to concerns and is quick to schedule time with parents and address all concerns and answer questions.This is a good place and my daughter enjoyed both the pre Casa and the Casa classroom and I'll be enrolling my younger children next year.I would recommend this school.
