Started dealing with KMS tools since September of 2020 with a simple inquiry about plasma cutter consumables - my orders include that and more. Dealing with Owen, Jared, and Gail is always easy and straightforward. They provide quotes and information needed to make the procurement process seamless. They provide a large variety of tools for small and large shops/operations.

Love this store. Staff's super helpful, and the ladies at the till are friendly and helpful.

Not sure why but in the last 6 months on 3 occasions I’ve gone all the way out there after confirming they have product in stock only to find out they actually don’t have any in stock? Waste of time. On a 4th occasion I was there and asked about a product, she confirmed they had inventory but couldn’t find any so took my info and assured me a call as soon as they found it. Well I never received a call and a week later I’m out there again only to see said product on the shelf? Customer service there has gotten poor at best!*********************************Update!!!! Most Impressed!!! I spoke with James at KMS after my review and he was very concerned with my dissatisfaction of his store and wanted to make it right. On my next visit there he told me to see him and he would do what he could. I was in today to purchase a couple things and KMS offered me a discount on my purchase to help with the issues I had experienced. I am very pleased that they are willing to make it right!!! I am very satisfied and give them the highest regards on the excellent customer service! They definitely value their customers! Thank you James and Owen.

Excellent. Owen gave us all the information we needed to purchase a new wood lathe for the workshop. Prices were great. Crew loaded us up promptly.

lots of tool selection, even weird stuff nobody else has. friendly staff.wanted a cheap caliper but they only had fancy expensive ones unfortunately. found the wood hand-planer i was looking for though - something no hardware store stocks.

Entire staff seems to be mentally handicapped. Bought a product, was missing parts out of the package, was unable to process a refund at the front desk after a 30 minute wait . No communication amongst employees and was treated rudely for trying to return a faulty product.Would not recommend.

The staff is very kind and welcoming. And I have been to quite a few of there locations throughout Alberta and British Columbia. I am greeted and helped right to the end of my visit every time and if they don’t have what I’m looking for they always find somewhere close by for me to find it or find a way to get what I’m looking for without hassle for the most part. I will absolutely be returning to this location for my future tool purchases. 10 out of 10 recommend.

Very nice layout in the new location, some great products on sale these days and knowledgeable staff if questions arise. The new location is easier to access than the previous store on the west side of Highway 2. Definitely will be back for more tools when I need them.

Ladies and gentlemen, everytime I step in the door, my first stop is to see Mel. She has always gone over and above in customer service and I couldn't ask for a better sales experience. She's a pleasure to deal with and tries her best to give fair pricing. She's also wonderful just to have a chat with as well!
