I just had the most amazing 1.5 hours shopping in this store. There are so many different options for whole body health and home. The customer service was outstanding. Andrea did an amazing job teaching me about Saje. I am a newbie to this brand, and I am now hooked! Thanks again for sharing your passion for Saje with me..... I will now share that with friends and family too!!

The products (diffusers and humidifiers) are very pricey but they last for long time. The place is clean and smells good and the staff knows what to recommend to customers. It's a good place to take a look for essential oils which help with stress or giving a great essence at home.

The products are good, little bit expensive but good - but I don't go there that often because I know that the staff will jump.on me to sell me everything they can - too agressive!

I have been coming to Saje Robson when it just started it's humble beginning and have tried just about every product they sell. Although, the company has expanded and I don't feel the sense of humbleness anymore the quality remains. I often give their products as presents to family and friends they truly do work, love to support a Local company.

The packaging is nice. The staff are friendly. The prices for essential oils are almost 5 times the online retail from other Canadian brands with fast and free delivery. I wouldn’t recommend

The staff at this location are amazing. They exceptional customer service I experienced was above and beyond what I am accustomed to from any retailer. I was looking for a Saje product for my girlfriend which happened to be out of season and wouldn't be back in inventory for another 6 months. The associates at the store then offered to gift me their in store trial version of the product. I was overly impressed with the manner in which this location treats their customers and highly recommend them to any other shoppers.

Aroma therapy place to go. Large selection of mist machines and scents. They have great packaging.

I love Saje products but am never excited to walk into the Robson store. The employees are more concerned with the conversations they're having with each other rather than providing good customer service. If I need help with any products, I'd stick to some of the other locations.

I’ve been using Saje Humidifier and its essential oil for more than a year now, which means we regularly buy oils from their stores. One thing I didnt like, this store doesn’t have any loyalty programs to check how often customer makes purchase. It would be best to get points or maybe free items after several purchases. The manager here on Robson St branch was also awful and lacking customer service. When we asked if we can get a discount (while there is an ongoing 40% promotion) he just said no we dont do it here! Well, theres always a polite and professional way to turn down customer. But this young manager doesnt understand his job really well. I hope they hire managers who knows how to make a happy customer. Bad service! Im not going back to this branch anymore.
