Richard has helped us plan several 5 star vacations and we couldn't be happier! He was available and very helpful when we had issues with Sunwing delaying our flight. A real pleasure to deal with! Merci Richard!

Worst agency to deal with absolutely no compassion or will to help. Richard Aoun will be the nicest person to you until you book and make the payment. After that he will not care or assist you in any way as he already took the payment. We had the absolutely worst experience last year, so much stress that could have been resolved. We paid for a 5 star hotel and instead were place in a shabby sketchy motel worth 1.5 stars. We tried to upgrade multiple times and asked to be changed to another hotel and we would pay the difference and they did not offer to help at all. Food was un-eatable, hard and there was mold on the bread in the buffet. Roaches everywhere even in our room, very unsanitary overall, even the towels were brown, not even white. Look at the pictures and tell me this is 5 star worthy. The huge roach was in our room and we threw it outside. The list goes on, but all that to say that Richard is a crook and he will sell you a nightmare disguised as a dream.

Une FRAUDE totale, garde à vous!Nous avons réservé avec Élégance voyages car nous étions 3 jeunes filles seules à aller au Mexique et on voulait assurer notre sécurité.Étant père de famille, nous n’aurions jamais pensé que Richard était un escroc. On a pris un forfait très dispendieux dans un hôtel 5 étoiles et une fois sur place, l’hôtel était carrément insoluble. Moisissure, cafards, saleté… c’était dégueulasse. La nourriture était épouventable, d’ailleurs nous avons vu plusieurs enfants vomir en sortant des restos de l’hôtel. Nous avons contacté Richard et il n’a absolument rien fait pour nous aider et l’hôtel ne pouvait rien faire pour nous car nous avions réservé via Élegance Voyages, c’était l’horreur! Le staff de l’hôtel a même essayé de rentrer dans notre chambre en pleine nuit et nous avons dû pousser la porte de toutes nos forces pour les retenir. Je vous rappelle que nous étions 3 filles seules et c’était tellement épeurant que nous avons quitté les lieux tout de suite après. Gardez votre argent et votre tranquilité d’espret en restant LOIN de cette agence de voyage!

Elegance Voyages is a fraudulent company. Me and 2 of my girl friends paid 10 000 for a room in a hotel in Mexico (playa del carmen) that was presented to us by Richard Aoun (the president of Elegance Voyages). He told us it would be a 5 star hotel. When we got to the destination it was a 2 start hotel at best. Insects everywhere in the room (roaches and ants). The room was extremely dirty, there was even dried blood on the bathroom floor. The AC was not working. The food was all expired. A lot of mold and rust were all over the room. Me and my friends were shocked and contacted Richard immediately to leave the hotel. He pretended to be as shocked, however he lied to us and said Sunwing will contact us to move hotels. The next day when we contacted Sunwing they said they never heard of Richard and our situation. We were forced to stay there, Richard yelled at us on the phone saying that he doesn't work for us and that these things happen sometimes. We were attacked by an employee when trying to go back to our room and we locked the door right away. Being petrified we immediately packed our bags and booked another hotel right away ( mind you this was on December 25 of last year in 2021). Richard stole our money and did not offer to help. After speaking to other guests they told us it happened to them as well. Please avoid at all cost.
