Visited this place last week for the first time.We had spring rolls (4 pieces)which I find a bit tasteless, so I used a lot of sauce which was nice.We had the pad Thai, which again I find it a bit dry, the shrimps there was after taste of it I was disappointed, because I like pad Thai.We also had the calamari which good.The restaurant itself needs more attention to cleanliness.Wash room was clean.Price was fair.I might go back there again and taste some more of their dishes.

Nothing *fancy* about this place, and that's just how I like it. There is great booth seating. The menu is that right balance that is enough - neither too much nor too little - choice. Service is quick, quiet, efficient, and friendly. The food is excellent - best som tum I've eaten in North America - and economical. Phuket Royal is great!

Food was wonderful, even my husband who isn’t into Asian food loved it. We were a big group and the service was super efficient and staff were accommodating. Highly recommended!

I have been to Phuket Royal a few times and I love going there. Food is great. The people who work there are great. I enjoy talking to the lady there. It was my Birthday and she really made my night. Very sweet. I went with my (favourite) aunt.

Was an ok restaurant. It was clean, food came very quickly and was ok. Not quite authentic Thai. Ordered a green curry and BBQ pork with rice. Satay skewers and deep fried calamari. Skewers were ok, calamari batter was a bit disappointing, thought it would be more crisp but seemed to be standard frozen calamari pre battered. Food was all a bit tasteless, it was just missing something.

Wonderful natural light through large clean windows. Very friendly service. Fun fact: Did you know that the current owners are the original owners??!! Pride of ownership was evident throughout our meal. Food came fresh, well portioned, with a satisfying amount of large succulent shrimp in all the shrimp plates we ordered. Delicious, fresh, well presented. Highly recommend. #localguide

The food was amazing!! One of the best Tom yum soup ever. Service was very fast too. Not too expensive. Definitely will be returning whenever I’m in Ottawa!! :)

Very good food. The person taking the orders over the phone was very helpful and patient to our lack of knowing what we wanted. The food was ready on time, and came in good quality containers for take out. The Green Curry Chicken was really good. I am not into much spicy food, but this dish had just the right amount of spice. I also ordered rice on the side. The dishes are large and had left overs for another small meal the next day. It was still good as left overs.

The food was delicious and the staff were amazing and friendly. I ordered the yellow curry chicken and fresh rolls and they were made with quality ingredients with excellent portions.10/10 will eat there again.
