If I could give zero stars, I would. They completely scammed me. I paid for the parts and had to go 24 hours without a fridge. As a result, all my food went bad. When the technician finally arrived, he said he couldn't fix it. To add insult to injury, they still charged me $113. I specifically asked them beforehand what would happen if the technician couldn't fix it, and they assured me that they would waive the service fee in that case. This is clearly a case of false promises. I strongly advise against calling them for anything in the future.
