It's too bad that Google Reviews doesn't allow for half stars because I'd rate this place anywhere between 3 to 4 stars DEPENDING on the staff on hand. I've been going here for years now and their electric go-karts are pretty quick and decently maintained but their staff can be hit or miss. Sometimes, they will be liberal with the black flag and other times, it's a smash derby. They frequently have Groupon 'race all day' deals but bear in mind that you will likely get 2 runs across 2 hours but then they slot you behind walk-ins and it becomes harder and harder to get back out there. Not sure if this is a deliberate mechanism to get you out the door.Would still recommend the place for some casual fun and decent place for a company event.

Took the team out here for 2 races total of 36 laps,man it was fun! They recieved medals for 1st 2nd and 3rd place, they have a small arcade section along with a bar. Awesome place surprisingly for electric go karts there fast.I'd definitely go back again! The staff is friendly and accommodating and seem to enjoy what they do. Great environment.

The only slot cars racing track available for general public to my knowledge in North York or even may be in Toronto. Store has great variety of new slot cars available for sale and you can rent one id you don't want to own one. Slot cars rasing staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Will assist on repairs or upgrades on your slot cars for free if you will buy parts from them. Lots of fun for kids who likes slot cars and rasing. Usually place is not very busy and sometimes is empty.

Called before heading there nobody answers the phone. Arrived and was told there's a stupid event 7 to 8:30, took 2 races, then waited an hour then took another race then waited another 1:30 then left as it was so ridiculous, another group took our turn after we were told to prepare to be next. Staff rude as if we r in a prison. Carts were fast only the 1st lap ever then faded down. One cart had a horrible tire. We had to leave. Bad experience will never go back again. Small track very old carts. Go spend ur money somewhere worth it.. A waste of time.

Stole my image and used it for commercial reasons. Sent invoice and met with the manager Anthony (extending the olive branch and offering a set of images as a sign of good faith) and instead he was rude, obnoxious, and has an aggressive demeanor. I'd like to get paid for my copyright image THAT WAS STOLEN.See the watermark? See my name? NOT COOL.If under new ownership, I hope that you revise your staff and I look forward to resolving this issue without going through my legal team at Lipman, Zener & Waxman LLP. Went here for the first time. Service was alright. Some improvements would be to get a better surround system because you can't really hear nor understand what the host is saying. It sounds like mumble, and can be frustrating if you don't know what heat they're on. It's very difficult to overtake someone in this course, and you can't bump into other drivers ... otherwise you get a warning. Come here to enjoy the sensation of driving fast, not for racing. I don't often write reviews, but after reading some of the negative reviews, I felt obliged to do so. I just took my staff to GPK for our holiday party activity and we had a great time. The staff were friendly and we liked the way they did the time trial and then races. It was also the first time I had used electric go karts and enjoyed it due to the decreased noise and no fumes. I read a couple reviewers mention that the karts weren't fast enough and the track was too short. We aren't professionals, but we thought the karts and track were fine. We did not use the restaurant or bar, so I can't say anything about that. All in all, my face was sore from laughing and smiling so much. I would recommend GPK.

Went with a group of friends (7 of us total), and we were almost always racing together on the track that day. Staff were cool, even let us do a starting line up when requested. Although we did ram each other a few times, mostly accidental, some on purpose, we were never penalized for it.I'm not sure why this place has poor reviews, but I'd venture to say that perhaps it is a hit/miss experience. The day we went, it was definitely an awesome time.

As suggested in other reviews I called ahead and was informed there was an event going on that evening. The young lady suggested I come after 8pm. I arrived around 8:50pm and was informed I would need to wait about 40minutes for a slot. The time flew by, especially while I was munching on a nice Quesadilla.The karts were quick, and in pretty good condition. Competition was good too, but I wouldn't recommend it for anyone who is crash prone. This is because they prioritize safety and fair play, and won't tolerate any ramming or excessive crashing.Once you sign up the system works well. You get your position, each lap time and a bunch of useful data on a printout after every race. Very useful for noting where you need to improve. There's even a nifty points system for gaining rewards.All in all I had a really good time. Would definitely bring along some fellow car buffs!

The staff here was fantastic!!.. We came with a large group for a birthday.. A little unorganized at that.. the team was super accommodating & understanding.. They were able to keep everything running smoothly to enjoy our party had the best experience!!. The food was pretty good.. & liquor wasn't badly priced!!. The track for the gokarting is a pretty wicked track!!.. Thanks to the team at GPK!!.
