PARTS---Part are from China and the relabel them to make thm look like they are from Italy and america. WHY ARE YOU GUYS TRYING TO TRICK YOUR OWN CUSTOMERS.....Customer Service - Pablo is very rude and disrespectful and doesn't have the manners to have a conversation with someone. I even witnessed him yelling and swearing at a few of the employee's in the back when I went to go pick up my parts.Cheap good for nothing shop that over prices everythingPlease save yourself the money and time and don't go here.

Usually go for pickups and never gets disappointed

As a long time shop owner who has been dealing with ICGB for years I feel like they need to educate the people they deal with better on their billing and shipping policies, I ordered two parts for a customer and was quoted an amount, when the parts arrived (4 days later and I was charged for next day 9am delivery) the bill was substantially higher, it was only then when I called not very happy about the situation i was told that free shipping is only available if you spend over a certain amount, had I been told that I would have driven and picked up the parts rather than waiting 4 days and paying 84 dollars shipping from Mississauga to Whitby/Oshawa, in a small shop a hoist tied up for days is unnecessary and expensive.

Be nice if they also open Saturdays nice place for aftermarket parts selection.

Honestly, do not know how someone could have something bad to say about this company. Not only are they trusted by thousands of companies but they treat you like family.Their products are 100% original and still beat the prices of everybody around.Other companies don't even come close.The guys at the counter are also some of the nicest and most helpful people you'll ever meet. Have nothing but good things to say about Pablo. He helps out as much as he possibly can and goes above and beyond any other dealer rep. He's helped us out in a more then a few jams and you can 100% put your trust in him to get you the right items for the right price.HATS OFF TO PABLO!!For the best items call Inter-continental.

Very poor quality on parts ,mostly if not all made in China. I will never shop there any more.

A year and a bit ago I left a very bad review about this place. Was being selfish and childish. Working here was hard but fun. Pablo and angelo we awesome to work with as managers. Pablo would come in at 6 am on Saturday for overtime himself. Also for us. Over all great place.
