A few months ago, I went to have my documents translated. Unfortunately, the translation I received was at a very beginner level and unprofessional. For me, the quality and accuracy of the content mattered the most. I believe that if they had used Google Translate, they would have definitely obtained much better results.I ended up doing the work myself and translate documents and asked them to use my translation instead. However, aside from this matter, I should give them credit to get the task done within two days.

It services was good and fast. Just some minor issues for improvement, the payment system is only good for those who are staying in Canada. The respond email should probably cover the inquiries. E.g, I was asking if there is another ways to do the payment and I got response, as the first email “please attach your payment to this email”! in general I found the administrator part need to be improved. That’s just my opinion for improvement but very satisfied and thank you.

I had to get certificate of police clearance record translated and Mr. Ebrahimi was efficient, and kept in touch with me every step of the way.
