Jessica is so knowledgeable and amazing! I participated in many of her mom and baby fitness classes after I had my son. The variety and flexibility kept me engaged and excited to attend the classes. Most recently I hired her to design a home workout routine. I was very specific with my needs and she was more than willing to accommodate. She sent me the routines on paper as well as through a You Tube video which made it so much easier to learn the routine. I’m very happy with my routines and would highly recommend Jessica as your personal trainer.

The Habit Foundation and Jessica are both so amazing! I would recommend to anyone that wants to make changes to their life, big or small.As a busy mom, it can sometimes feel overwhelming to know where to start, but Jessica is so great at giving just the right amount of information, encouragement, and actionable steps.The program was really easy to follow with great tips in every modules. There is so much useful information that is easy to grasp and quick to incorporate into everyday life! In a few weeks the small changes I started were growing into big changes, and they have continued to grow!This program is a game changer!

Working with Jessica and the Habit Foundation has put me in a better place where healthy habits are easy to continue. The time I have to workout is limited so an hour at the gym is difficult. Jessica held me accountable to goals I set to fit even 20 minutes fitness into my day. I’m still working on it but with a new understanding of how to set small habits that get you where you want to be. - feeling better, with more energy and a better mindset. Thank you Jessica!

Jessica has been an awesome trainer throughout my pregnancy. I felt like she actually cared about me as a person and not just as another client. She had so many recommendations for me regarding my pregnancy issues that she went above and beyond her job description to help me out. After my pregnancy issues got worse and I was unable to continue in the direction we would have liked to, she altered the training and always adjusted based on my needs and ability. I felt extremely comfortable with her and her level of knowledge is very high when it comes to every part of the body and what happens during pregnancy and how to combat any aches/pains, concerns etc. I would highly recommend her to anyone.

I won a prize package to work with Jessica and her Habit Foundation a while ago and I am so grateful for the knowledge, encouragement and inspiration she gives. As a new mom I’ve implemented a bunch of her habit breaking/ mindset information into my life now such as weekly meal planning and we no longer have “what’s for dinner” conversations/ arguments. I’m also 4 1/2 months postpartum c section and I had put on 80 pounds during pregnancy and I’ve now lost just over 50 of those pounds thanks to her! Ps- just following her on Instagram and watching her videos help as a reminder to keep moving!!! Highly recommend you check her out and invest in changing your mindset instead of dieting!

Jess has been so amazing to work with. What I love is she takes the time to figure out your exact goals and come up with a plan to achieve them. It’s not a cookie-cutter type of workout plan, she designs them specifically for you. She pushes you and holds you accountable and delivers amazing results. Not only do I recommend Jessica to EVERYONE, but also this amazing program.Anyone wanting to make big or small changes in your life .... this is for you.I'm a busy mom like many and have put myself and health on the back burner. No time for me" "Don't have time for that"I Have been racking my brain with so many questions of things going on and talking to other professionals.Jessica listened ... understood and talked me through some really hard self esteem things. And some really easy things for many. She helped me understand MY body and how to navigate it. She was there when I was ready to quit.Breakfast ... that was such a bad habit for me. Jessica's program taught me how easy and simple this change can be. Making a habit of having breakfast everyday and what that could do for me and my health.Being mindful of how I talk to myself.Drinking my water daily.These habits are still with me today and the weight is slowly coming off. 1 small step each time and going at my pace STILL gave me results and officially creating GOOD habits.This is something I will defiantly come back to! The Habit Foundation created by Jessica is a practical, straightforward, enjoyable program to creating better habits both big and small. I've done her free challenge, 8 week course, and currently signed up for her monthly membership.If you're looking to make any changes at all and need a little kick start or boost this is the support for you.Her 8 week program really lays out the foundation for healthy habits, which we all know about but may have trouble implementing, I know I did. It's not a fix all quick method, but small life style changes. For example, I am now working out 5 days a week and enjoying it, I am meal planning and prepping, I am consistantly drinking 8 cups or more of water a day, and the list goes on!It's incredible what little tweaks, additions, and eliminations can help create ones better self.Currently I am signed up for her monthly membership which gives four habits per week. Yes this is stuff you can think up on your own, but do you? I know I rather have it all layed out for me.Thank you Jessica for helping me create small positive habits that will help me create big positive changes!
