Just got my washing machine fix pump was gone drop it off monday at 4pm had it back by 12 pm Tuesday and the price was right would recommend if you need help with your machine bring it to him

We felt unsatisfied with his service since we found that he did not fix the washer after the first visit. But the labor and service call fees have been already paid to him. Later we decided to cancel the sevice and claim the partial labor deposit back , he just refused to give back any deposit. That was an unpleasant experience.

Sean came to visit my condo last year in order to repair a sub zero fridge. He actually dropped the fridge door causing irreparable damage to the door. The manufacturer asked for 778 dollars to replace the unit, and after a full year Shaun has not repaired the door, paid for the replacement, and is now screening my calls.This is bad business. Recently I got my refrigerator repaired from here. Quality of work exceeds my expectations. Highly recommended.

This was the most horrible experience we have ever had so far. Shawn came to our unit to fix the washer, took the money without providing the receipt (service call + labor fee). Unfortuanatly, the problem still existed after he gone. We called him right away and he made some excuses to make us wait for a couple of weeks without any response. After a few times following-up, he finally responed but forgot our issue completely. Then He asked another hundreds of money in advance. We doubted the potential expenses and decided to cancel the servide with him.He was very rude and refused to refund the partial fee we claimed.We wish no one will suffer from him anymore, it is beyond words to describe how awful his business is. BTW, we also have every call and messages recorded, please feel free to reach out with any questions!!!

Excellent and quick service. My portable washer wasn't draining and called many places with no luck. Called Ocean Appliances and they came is an hour, fixed my machine and even hooked up my connection. Excellent service and I will be using them going forward. Thank you!

The best service in Toronto

Amazon sent me a newly made copy of an older stove part that looked the same but ultimately did not fit. Most fortunately, Shawn was able to supply me with the higher quality exact fit original part which works like a charm. Recommended!

Postponed on the day of appointment, came an hour late the next day, took cash without receipt, said one thing did another. Unprofessional throughout.

Unprofessional, and he could not even fixed the appliance, but rushed to asked us to pay more to replace the new one, very bad service
