Best biscuits! Buttery and delicious. Definitely recommend grabbing a biscuit sandwich and the biscuit bites, they’re my fave.

Hush puppies and sausage gravy are on point!

If you love Southern style cooking this is the truck for you. The biscuits are large, buttery, and flaky cut into squares. There are a wide variety of toppings sweet and savory but what had me excited was the sausage gravy (sawmill gravy in my family) which I got a heaping amount of on a biscuits for only 5 bucks. I was in heaven. The owner apologized when I ordered because the gravy was heavy on the pepper that day but I loved the kick. I often put hot sauce of biscuits and gravy as the acid and spice helps balance all the fat. I go to the St. Jacobs market regularly and this will become a mainstay for me.

These biscuits are so good, flakey and freshly made. I have the bacon breakfast sandwich along with some sweet biscuit bites and fresh ground brewed coffee. Recommend this to anyone looking for some southern food. They also have hush puppies with gravy, salads. Lots to choose from.
