We built a custom home and had TAG supply the majority of the windows and doors. Shay was professional and honest with our selection process. The installation went flawlessly! Incidentally we are told that we have the largest residential windows in Calgary for certain and likely all of Alberta to date. Due to the size of windows, a special attachment was required and brought in from the US, in order to install them. A successful architectural feat! Customer service has been fantastic. Follow up service has been great with respect to slight door adjustments. I would not hesitate recommending TAG to anyone.

I was a supplier of TAG, the first order was ~190 fiberglass patio doors; that order went pretty well. From there, it just went downhill. The service level is absolutely atrocious, unlike anything I have experienced from any customers. We would email 3 times to get an order acknowledgment signed which took over 3 week to sign. Then they turn around and accuse us of delays not taking responsibility for their mistakes!!! I seriously have NO idea how any clients can work with TAG. It is too bad because it would have been a good fit for my business.
