Outstanding service! I ordered a product through Amazon that actually shipped from Amazon via Canada Post but the listed seller was Simcoe Audio Video. Canada Post lost the package and told me to contact the seller so they could initiate a claim. When I explained the situation to Simcoe Audio and Video they sent me a replacement product the same day so that I wouldn't be waiting for it any longer even though they were not the original shipper! Outstanding service. They clearly care about their customers. I will be buying from them again.

I've been dealing with Simcoe Audio for almost 7 years now. I initially bought by Sony Bravia TV from them in 2017 and I found that their pricing was very competitive and to my surprise they would also price match. Their service is impeccable and their knowledge is superb. I returned to them a few weeks ago to purchase the Sonos Arc and initially had some issues with setting up the sound system through the ARC port. Paul and Jim were both fantastic to deal with! They ended up sending a service tech to trouble shoot the system and once again the service was quick and very professional. If you need good quality audio and visual items and great service, this is the place, hands down.

I found Simcoe Audio through Amazon, purchased Audeze LCD X and it arrived with a balanced cable as oppose to 1/4 jack. I could have returned it through Amazon but decided to contact Simecoe directly. I got in touch with Jim and like many people on here, he was a great guy to deal with, responded quickly and got everything sorted out. Thanks Jim! I was looking for some PSB speakers for the rears of my home theatre setup and was going to get some PSB bookshelf speakers. I saw a 20% off at PSB's website and asked Brent at Simcoe if he is doing that as well...Of course was the answer. After a seamless paypal transaction they arrived early morning two days later. The double box provided great protection from the care of the shippers. All set up and breaking them in now. I would easily do more business with Brent at Simcoe Audio without hesitation.
