Poor experience, bad customer service, charge me one day, extra rent and insurance without my consent for returning the van one hour late, also instead of $.30 a kilometre extra that they committed, they charge me $.50 extra per kilometer, I end up paying over $300 for one day rental of van

Booked the cargo van the day we needed it. Everything was so easy to do online. When picking up and dropping off the staff we're efficient and friendly.

Your customer service is really bad! I have asked couple of simple questions from your employee and he didn’t wanna answer at all. And he had a really bad attitude towards us!

DO NOT GO HERE! worst customer service, wasted 2 hours of mine and started giving me attitude because there trailer passeneger light didn’t work! Went to south service location, way better

If I could then I would give this location a negative number for review!Horrible experience with this location. The manager is very very rude. She does not care at all about any of her customers. Never go to this location. Horrible service!!!Might as well drive down further for better customer service where you feel you are valued and heard. This location has double charged my cards. When you call and talk them through this they will DENY it. Very shameless. Clearly the statements show the duplicated charges from this location. When you call to get the issue resolved they will prove you wrong! I will never ever use this specific facility ever again. Never want to deal with this rude manager ever again! She called on a day when she was not working because she HAD TO as she did not care enough to resolve this issue on a day she was working . Very very upset and disappointed. Issue has still not been resolved

I can't speak for truck rental here, but I wouldn't recommend this location for storage.I called to reserve and got confirmation that I had a unit ready and reserved, but when I got there to move in, they had no record of my reservation. They offered me a different unit (7x10) instead, and it ended up being inconveniently L-shaped, and smaller than a regular 7x10 unit would have been.I came today to pick up some stuff from my locker and the power was out. The storage area is secured only by electronic locks, no key, so it was impossible to get in. It turned out the power had been out for over 4 hours; it would have been great to receive a preemptive text or something mentioning that units would be inaccessible. Not to mention that their 24/7 Security System" probably wasn't working either."

U haul representatives were clear and fast at check in and check out transactions. Equipment was clean and ready to operate. Recommended.

Great service and friendly staff. Very helpful for move moving in and out of storage.

Super nice and understanding people. Rented a van to take furniture to a charity - charity wouldn’t accept furniture. So returned van to U-haul 20 minutes later only to return the following morning. Again very helpful especially about the gas we put into van the night before but didn’t use. Good place, helpful, good value and lots of packing materials for move.
