BMO Private Bank

This branch is peaceful and really nice and helpful tellers.

Every time I come here. I only see employees are talking and laughing. No greeting to customer, till I have to step in. Taking not friendly.

I never take my time to write reviews but after this experience never again The branch is not my issue BMO as a whole is without a doubt the worst bank in the entire Canada you’d be better off leaving your money with a 5 year old than to leave it with bmo my experience is rather personal but please if you know any family members that want to open an account bmo should be the last option

This is the worst branch that I have ever visited. The staff are just rude and dont wanna serve you at all.

this branch has some of the most helpfull staff in the bank branches ive visited, especially donny the finacial person. by the way i dont work for bmo most of my business is with t.d. in kichener . i just happen to go in for some chequing advice because i had trouble with a certain cheque.

Denied access to my credit line a few months after recieving it without no explanation. It's been 4 months and i still have no access to my account and my business is failing due to theyre actions. The manager connie bernardi has been dishonest from the minute I spoke to her, said shed call me right back and its been 4 months and I still havnt heard from her. This is the most dishonest and unprofessional bank I have ever had to deal with in My Life. I am in shock that there are managers that would treat clients like this. My next move is head office, then a lawyer. Save yourself the head and heart aches and dont do business with this branch. Bmo I'm very disappointed and I myself will never do business with Bmo again.

I love this location because I can do banking any time of the day or night and feel very safe and comfortable due to security sitting at the front desk of this building 24 hours a day.

The absolute worst customer service.

Literally the worst branch ever.I've have been to countless BMO branches over the past 7 years, I'm always satisficed with their service, but this branch provides the worst service ever.I went here 4 times so far, the employees kept chatting to each other and ignored me for the whole minute every time. Especially today. the clerk was very impatient, extremely unpleasing experience.

I rarely ever have complaints about BMO, have been using their services for well over 10 years. This branch however is an exception to the excellent customer service I usually receive.All their tellers are a bunch of Karens and Lindas, too busy on their cell phones and talking to each other about what their weekend plans are to acknowledge their waiting customers. Rude and cold unless you're white, I have noticed changes in their demeanor when dealing with clients of a visible ethnic minority.The lady teller refused to deposit my paycheque that was postdated March 15th, 2020 a Sunday. Yet the bank doesn't open on the weekends. Mind you I have never ever had a problem depositing my paycheques here early, but apparently they rolled out a new policy this month I was unaware about.It's a shame because they only offer 10 minute parking outside and waste it all arguing with me when my account history on their screen literally shows the SAME amount going in every two weeks for years.Eventually I was forced to take out my phone and manually deposit it myself through mobile banking app in the branch since my parking time was up. Thank god machines are phasing out jobs like tellers; the women at this branch aren't even qualified to be Walmart cashiers.
