Baldwin Animal Hospital

I have used Baldwin and the south clinic for years with my dog and two cats. Today, I came to them in a great time of need. My poor cat had fallen critically ill and the team met me with nothing but the utmost professional and compassionate care I could have asked for. I am forever grateful for the support of the team today and will never forget their dedication.Thank you

In contradiction to the other reviews about customer service I had a great experience over the phone and in person, the staff are super nice and considerate. My dog isn’t super fond of people and he had a great experience they took there time making him comfortable, which I greatly appreciate!

Dr. Dan is a very caring & knowledgeable vet. Great staff.

Very bad service. Too long too explain. Couldn't fit my dog in for a visit when she was very ill. Almost killed her. Won't be back. Don't go there. Your pet is not there first concern. Why have a vet if they always send you to emergency when they are sick.

Very friendly staff, vet is super friendly and she doesn't pressure you into anything you don't want. She is very informative, and knowledgeable and the whole staff make you feel like your part of a family with them right from the get-go! Prices are good. Overall I am super pleased and amazed with this animal hospital!

Can’t say enough good things about this team. Both locations are amazing. My dog started off fighting me to go to the vet- now she walks right in, sits on the scale and generally stays calm through the visits. The South team knows her regular appointments, and we communicate on when to book next, when to push it a bit forward, and we also know when maintenance should have been sooner (glands). The team has seen me worry about her- and have been compassionate throughout- the way they handle my dog makes me feel comfortable knowing during Covid I couldn’t go in but I knew she would be cared for….. and Dr. Dan is amazing for throwing ideas off of, ruling out concerns, alternative methods and cheaper solutions/ knows where to not waste efforts……Everything. I’m so thankful for this team- both locations.

Dr. Dan is absolutely amazing!We moved here about 8 years ago and we just so happened to stumble across Baldwin Animal Hospital with our two dogs that we moved with. Our one dog was a lot older, and Dr. Dan was so great with her! I now have a 5 year old dog that I have made plenty of visits to the vet with and I am never disappointed! I couldn't have asked for a better vet to take care of my girl! I'm so grateful for everything they have done for Stella in the 5 years of her life and I'll continue to use them with any future pups!
