Charu is the Manager at the sleep country store at Bathurst and Centre location. She is very sincere, and professional and is very knowledgeable about all the products in the store. Went to the store few times. Bought a king size electric bed with Tempurpedic mattresses. Got the best sales experience with Charu, who was always patient and informative. Spent 11K and was so excited; but the delivery team was terrible. One guy did not know what he was doing and my whole bed was shaking coz it was not installed properly. They replaced it but it took 4 visits for the end result. Charu was helping me through the whole process; and if it wasn’t for her I’d have returned the whole purchase.
