Shoddy workmanship. I got my screen replaced 6-months ago and it stopped working and they refuse to fix. They returned it to me with dead pixels in the top right and they had the nerve to say that the dead pixels they gave me back my phone with is due to damage that I caused. Funny thing is my screen works if I put pressure where the dead pixels are, they likely didn't secure the screen correctly in the corners. Stay away from them if you can.

So I brought my phone in to repair a cracked screen. Upon pickup, he mentioned that my Home Screen button broke during the repair process and no longer worked (he did not offer to repair the button and basically said that’s how it is, even though he broke it). Also the new screen was defective and would glitch on the side when trying to open up the phone. He did not offer to repair either of these things and was going to charge full price, I had to argue with him and point out the problems myself to get him to fix it. I then had to wait for the screen to be replaced a second time and for the button to be repaired. I then came back to pick up the phone and went home, by the time I got home the new home button broke and started to fall out of the phone, which means I had to back again for him to fix for the 3rd time. This took 4 hours of my day. I was never warned of any issues or things that could break during the repair process before hand. I now have a new button that does not pickup finger prints and wasted most of my day driving back fourth to deal with my phone. I’m extremely unsatisfied with my service and I would not recommend come here. Go to Apple, get it done professionally and spend the extra 200$ for some peace and mind or go to another screen repair place ( I’m sure any would be better then this one). Waste of money and time.

This place is amazing. Went in with my wife's phone to get the screen replaced because we thought it was broken. We came back an hour later expected to pay 320$ and he said it was just the screen cover. 15$!!! This man is so honest and has good karma. Support small business! Monu is the gentleman that looked after us and I highly recommend the community supports this business.

Do not use this company! Shady af.So much for honesty. I brought in a S21 ultra 512 gig for repair and they told me it needed a new mother board. I said ok and when I went to pick up the phone they tried to give me an S21 Ultra with 128 gig board. It also took 3 weeks to get the work done and everytime I called they asked me which phone is yours"? I could go on."

Took my phone here because the screen stopped working. After trying a new screen, they let me know that the screen wasnt the issue. Although they couldnt fix the phone, they didn't charge me anything.

Fast, efficient service! My phone is good as new at an affordable price! I recommend this place for a hardware fix on any electronic device.

don’t go here for laptop repairs. i went here and they - first of all didnt let me know this store was majority a phone repair store, while the website advertised all electronics - although this happened during covid, not sure if that’s changed yet. and it took 6 weeks to get my laptop back on something that couldve been a 3-7 day repair, with no communication whatsoever

Tried twice to drop the kids PS4 off shortly after the opening time and no one was there. The third time we went later and they took it in and installed a new HDMI port which worked good but when we got it back the power button wasn't working and it keeps trying to go into safe mode every once in a while. Never did this before but who knows maybe coincidence. Didn't bother going back to try a 4th time.

I rarely ever leave a review, but I had a great experience yesterday for my repair. I relay on my phone a lot regarding a business I operate, and the guy over there was able to fix it in just 30 minutes. I highly recommend coming here for all your repairs!!
