Not only was the hair dresser extremely rude , and the experience was uncomfortable for me and my 3 children, but she butchard my kids' bangs, obviously not caring at all.

Had the best haircut I have had in a very long time with Michaela.SShe also did an excellent job on waxing my eyebrows.

I highly recommend Dayle for a stylist. She gave me the best pixie cut I've ever had. Efficient and affordable

I got a perm here and it looks great! The lady that did my hair was outstanding and kind. Will come back!

I'm absolutely shocked and disappointed and won't return. Do not trust the prices on the website. This is a real rip-off.I called this morning (2022-11-15) to ask about a dry cut and the lady on the phone said that they can do it but also that the hair stylist will decide once I come in to see if it's possible. She also mentioned that I could book an appointment online, which I did then. My appointment was today (2022-11-15) at 12.15pm with Lisa. I booked an:ADULT - MEDIUM ADVANCED45 Min - 1 hour 15 Min$45.00-$52.00*.This service even includes wash and blow-dry (!!!), which I didn't need but I thought I'm on the safe side to book it in case she says she can't do a dry cut and also because there was no option to book just a dry cut.I arrived around 12.10pm. Lisa picked me up from the waiting area at around 12.17pm/12.18pm and I was done and paid at 12.40pm (according to my receipt). So I spent around 20min with her chatting and trimming my ends.I did NOT receive a different cut, but just a blunt cut of my dead ends (maybe an 1) which was all I wanted. That was it. NO wash

I buy redken shampoo from this store on a regular basis, keep in mind these products are pricier and one of if not the only salon that sells salon-grade redken products. I live 30min outside of Vernon, BC and specifically left work as early as possible to get to the mall and to this store, before it closing at 6pm. I arrived at this store at 5:48pm and the store gates were closed. I politely asked the two girls working if I could buy a bottle of shampoo and explained how I had travelled outside of Vernon to get here on time. They apologized and said they had already closed everything and I could hear the one girl still counting the cash. I then asked if they normally closed at 6pm and they said yes. I will now greatly reconsider bringing this store my business based on this experience. If you are the store manager, expect my call tomorrow.

I made an appointment last week for a simple trim at 6pm and I wish I could write a review based on the services, but unfortunately my stylist cancelled the morning of my appointment. I was offered only one cancellation time to reschedule, that day at 12:30. This didn’t work for me, because I work 9-5. No further action was taken and I was texted to call to reschedule, upon calling I was told there are no appointments until next Monday. This is really disappointing and I understand that things happen in personal lives, but I could have made another appointment elsewhere had I known I’d be cancelled on the day of. Seems like a poorly organized salon if you ask me.
