I never write reviews but I have to write it on the account of the amazing customer service I received at this branch. Both the branch officers and tellers were awesome especially Trisha and Mohna. They listened to our problems, gave excellent solutions and have earned life long customers.

Great location, great customer service. The manager helped me start my account and every time I go in, even if they are busy, each teller helps me and explains everything in detail. A great bank and a great location and great people.

I would give them more stars if i could. Shawn Eggett was my teller and was an absolute gem in helping me with figuring out the best way to make the most of my account and it didn't even take long at all. he was patient kind and helped me understand everything so eloquently. highly recommend.

Stay away from this branch. The service is just plain bad. I can't even cash a check without getting hassled. Been a customer for 22 years, you would think they could do something simple like cash my check or be courteous to a loyal patron. Too much to ask for these days I guess:( Closing my accounts and going to a credit union.

I am extremely disappointed at the worst customer experience I experienced in my 30+ years dealing with TD Canada Trust. Terri was both unprofessional and rude. I would consider taking your banking to any other branch or perhaps another bank who appreciates their long-time customer.

Booked an appointment to open up a TFSA and learn about and invest in mutual funds. I was helped by Brent Peters who was exceptional. He explained everything so well and concisely to help one like me, a beginner investor, understand the investing and market game better. He also provided very helpful advice. Great service and would recommend Brent to anyone!

One of the most laid-back locations. Don't waste your time. All financial advisors were busy chatting away and when I asked to apply for a credit card, I was told they are fully booked " . Surely chat and time wasting sessions go on their calendar as marked important...no commitment to customers."
