Google sent me to this location, as it was too be dealt with under warranty.Had to do it on a day off, but Stephen made the process as painless as possible. He explained everything at drop off, and pick-up was easy, with another thorough explanation of everything that went down.Be prepared: I had to leave my device all day, so if being off grid" for a day is a no-go

If you want the best service of the highest integrity listen to this.I called a different phone repair business (that I had used in the past) when my Pixel 2XL (ya, not a huge phone guy here) wouldn't take a charge. They quoted $125 to change out the charging port, and I was instructed to call about parts availability.On the phone with this other company I was told that there would also be a risk of the screen breaking during the repair, an additional cost of $225 that I would be paying.I called uBreakiFix and they told me that my issue might not be a faulty port at all and I should bring it in for a look. Instead of a costly repair and risk or further expenses, they cleaned my phone for 10 minutes, it's finally charging again and best of all they didn't charge me a penny!?! No replacement parts necessary!The least I could do is leave a 5 star review and tell everyone to use uBreakiFix for their device repair needs!! Steve and the rest of the crew are amazing!!

This place was recommended to me by a friend and I cannot be happier. The service was amazing, the people were friendly and helpful and they did diagnostics on my phone and also wiped it FOR FREE. I will definitely be back. you guys rule! <3

I had an absolutely great experience with these guys today. My phone screen was extremely damaged and I had to go through google preferred care to fix it which lead me here. They did a wonderful job, were very friendly and I would for sure recommend anyone check them out.

My phone died suddenly so I needed a fix. They were great and tried some options while I waited. Those didn't work so I had to leave it with them while they tried a few more things. They kept me updated about what they had done. It wasn't looking good but they tried one last thing (that should NOT have been an issue with the phone), and it WORKED! They ordered a new part and it was there and the phone was ready in less than 48 hours. I was only charged for the replacement of that part, and it actually cost less than the quote I originally got for the part we thought was the issue. Absolutely worth it for the very reasonable price to have a very expensive phone 100% functional again. They are also very friendly and knowledgeable. I would not hesitate to recommend them as a go to for cell repairs.

I highly recommend this place. I had a moisture problem on the USB port on my Pixel 6a. I called here because they're an authorized Google repair centre. I talked to Amy on the phone and she was pleasant and very helpful. When I brought my phone into the store, Steven had a look at it. In about 10 minutes he identified the problem, fixed it and took the time to explain what he had done. He even showed me a USB plug to purchase on Amazon to prevent the problem from reoccurring. On top of that, he didn't charge me for his time. Overall, it was an exceptional experience and I definitely recommend them if you have any problems with your cell phone.

I stopped by uBreakiFix London to ask about my phone as the USB C cable would not stay attached. They were incredibly helpful and friendly, and after a quick inspection they were able to identify the problem. The owner was kind enough to clean the port for me, and returned my phone good as new within minutes and at no charge. If I have any more phone problems they will definitely be my first stop!

Very helpful and amazing service provider. I brought an older iPad in that died (boot-loop issue) after dealing with Apple support who told me they might be able to fix for $500 (which is not reasonable for age). uBreakiFix ran diagnostics and worked on it for days, communicating with me routinely throughout the process. Unfortunately, they were unable to fix it but did not charge me. Excellent customer service, I would highly recommend.

I took my son's Chromebook in for a repair, and was quoted $44+tax for a repair. It was successfully repaired, but unfortunately they did leave connection to the battery internally disconnected, so we had to take it apart again to reconnect this. Still quite satisfied with the work, as we were quoted about $600 by Canada Computer & Electronics. The team at uBreakiFix seemed very motivated to help, and I have no doubt that they would have reconnected the battery free of charge if I had taken it back to them.

Great experience from start to finish. My old iPod Classic (164GB) needed its battery replaced. I knew this was going to be tough to find. The customer service was fantastic! I was kept up to date throughout the entire process. Although it took a bit longer than initially expected (the ordered part was mislabelled by the sender), I was always notified of my repair status via email, phone and text. Thank you Stephen, Amy and Christian! They even remembered me when I came to pick up my iPod.
